The best car wash place Ive seen. Waterless, hand-wash, so its also eco-friendly. The team is super nice and take great pride in their work. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the amount of effort and time they put into each car. I exclusively use them for all of the cars in our family.

Great experience end to end. Love the fact that you can drop the car and shop/dine at Santa Row while the car gets pampered. I was recommended this car wash by the Tesla community, and I came out throughly impressed. Kudos to Josh for going the extra length, even though it was a busy Sunday. Will come back!

It was a good experience for my Model Y with ceramic coating. They were fast and did a good job cleaning the car. It was very dirty with bird poop and bugs when came back from a 10 day long road trip

Dropped off my car for a wash and found a deep scratch in the front bumper when I picked it up. No solution and no assistance. I was a returning customer and disappointed after this.

This is a picture of my car before the wash. I wanted to show I have a matte wrap on my car. Colby did a fantastic job with my car which needs special treatment due to matte finish. Someone posted their car was dented by his company. I don’t believe that happened at this establishment. The cars are stored in such a way that there is no way anything can impact the exterior. I would highly recommend getting your car washed by Colby and his team.

My car came out still dirty. The windows had streaks.

Colby took excellent care of my car. Dropped some turkey juice that made my carpets stink up my whole car and he was able to get the smell out. The rest of the car looked amazing and super clean aswell as the outside

I came for a car wash in september after reading numerous positive reviews. I booked an everything wash and was not satisfied with the results. Considering it was a pretty low priced service, I didnt expect it to be sparkling clean nor was I aiming for a new car look. Yet when I got my car back, the first thing I noticed were the two huge stickers goo on my windshield. One was right at the center of it and the other was at the bottom right corner (which came from my car dealers decal). Apparently, it did not match what they advertised (thorough cleaning of the body, outside windows etc.) and guess what, I easily removed them in SECONDS with dry facial tissue. I dont understand why they just left it there, obviously they didnt even try to clean it. Dont know if they were choosing to work harder on nicer/more luxurious cars or just not doing their job right. Guess I wont be back ever again, especially not with my new tesla.

Terrible online booking system. I booked one online a day earlier and when I arrived I was told that no body was available. The guy was telling me that he had no idea how I managed to book online. They really need to work on the booking system.

I had always heard of Future Wash from Tesla owner groups and I am showcasing my car at a Go EV event and wanted to make sure my car was clean. I made an appointment online which was super easy and gave reminders. I came right on time and Kolby or Colby (sorry wasnt sure with a C or a K) greeted me with a smile and was like lets do it!. My car is wrapped mattte which collects a lot of dust yet have to clean carefully to not tear or ruin the wrap. He noticed the wrap right away and I was confident he knew what he was doing.Trusted him instantly ahah, came back to a spotless car done by him and his co workers. I would definitely recommend FutureWash to all car owners and meticulous Tesla owners! Great attitude and service. Done at the Santana Row Future Wash Site

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to some of these overly priced car washes and I leave with soap and water stains on my truck. These guys did a great job, my beast hasn’t been this shiny in years!
