Let me tell you folks ..this was the first i place a calledfl4a storage unit & I settled with Alum Rock Self Storage! Why?Because it was convenient, the lady over the phone was very kind & helpful then when I met her I was even more impressed! She runs the place & had good helpers there as well. Carts available, two elevators, stairs, plenty of items to select from for your packing & moving needs along w/other gadgets within the mini store& Just an♡overall pleasent place to do business with. Thank you Honey & your young helper that oriented me on the dos & donts.Forever grateful. :)

I used to have a storage unit at the Alum Rock Storage a couple of years ago and I loved it. My rate always stayed the same, never went up, and never had the whole break in drama. Staff is very friendly and professional. I believe Connie is property manager and she is an amazing lady. She is very understanding and an over all great person I recommend this storage. It is always clean, units are all very protected

I have had a storage space there for several years. Always polite and very helpful, the staff there are great. They keep they space clean and critter free. They also rent motorhomes and moving trucks there. Reasonably priced. The office closes at 7 pm, but you have access until 9pm. I would take a flashlight!! It gets dark inside the spaces.

Manger was very disrespectful and rude. Both reps upfront were very rude and when we asked a question they act like we didn’t say anything. I guess they don’t care about you if you are trying to get your storage back. They sold our storage right in front of us.they tired to tells us to be they on a specific day but never a time. They tried to lie and say they told us a time but never did. Will never send anyone I know to these ppl they don’t deserve 4 starts or 1. They never even called us to tell us what was going on we had to call them every time to get info. Then they try to lie and say they called us. They are heartless people.

The staff is amazing and the manager lady Connie is super friendly and go the extra mile to make sure u are well taken care ofI recommend all my friends and family to go see them for all there truck rental or R.V rental or storage needsA+++++++Thank u Connie & amazing staff for everything

When returning a large rental truck, they asked me to park it in a very tight spot. This also required a u-turn in their gavel lot.Staff were friendly though.

Terrible service, due to the current situation I was late in paying for my space, they announced it to sell without telling me, I went and realized, they did not want to take the payment, because according to the manager, I had already paid the newspaper to sell it, So I told him to pay off what was owed until that day, but they wanted me to pay the month that was still running, I paid them only until that day and I asked them for my things, they gave me hours to get everything out, and they got upset, I lacked few things for lack of time and they canceled my access and courage .. they canceled the PObox they are returning my packages, and correspondence why dont you let me sell my things I dont recommend it, lousy service, arrogant.

Excellent place to spend quite a variety of cuisine. Good music.
