They have been the best place to detail my car so far. I have the monthly sure for 45$ its unlimited and 1 full service. I wish it was 2 full services a month but overall its okay. They have nice area to sit and relax near the waterfall outside. Nice and shady. Definitely recommend this place! Wont be disappointed! ;)

The detail is not worth it here. We paid $700 for them to vacuum and then spray a bunch of greasy stuff all over the truck. The wet vacuumed the seats and carpet but I could have done the same job for free. They didnt even get the creases. They never dusted the truck out, a/c vents were still filthy as youll see by my photos. If I lived in the area Id sue for my money back.

This place is a staple. I have been being my cars here and the one on Hamilton for over 15 years. I have the monthly wash and it’s great. I’ve had other services such as Clay Wax, Interior Dressing and cleaning, Headlamps Waxed and I’ve never had any issue. My Card paint looks great after 10 years and it’s because I have it done by the Team at Robertsville. Their detail department is the best! I highly recommend the $49.99 monthly which when they wash your car they will give great advise about what you should do. If your car needs some tender care; Robertsville Classic Car Wash is the place.

Used to be quite good. New machine setup barely cleans even relatively clean vehicle. Ran our dirty Rover through two times--still not clean in many spots. Finally gave up. Pretty much just gets the dust off on Dodge mini-van. May do better on less squared off sedans.

If i can give this place a zero i would. Girl didnt even ask me how much gas i wanted in my car she just said gas? ok they then proceeded to give me very unprofessional service because i had spoken up about the amount of gas i had to now pay with $80..... my mats,seats and over all interior was completely dirty. I paid to help the car was employee wash my car. Completely waist of money and time. Mind your the wash was $40, they could have atleast done a better job and not make it seem like the lady didnt tell them to not clean my car. So upset because i have came here for years.

My experience overall was great. I went early. About the time they opened. Great time to go. Staff great too. Im vaccinated so I didnt need to wear a mask. But I carry it anyway just in case I need to.

I paid $19 for my car to be wash which for a good job I am happy to pay. Unfortunately I did not get that. My car is still covered in bugs! And when I asked for help and mentioned I paid for one of the higher tier packages I was met with if you had a membership. So, DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MEMBERSHIP CAUSE THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE. One good note was that they were willing to clean my windshield at least. Other than that horribly disappointed and from what I have read from other reviews like mine, I will not be returning.

I used to get car washed at Prospect road Classic car wash and I was quite happy with them for several years. I went to this location for the first time and my experience couldn’t have been worse. I got the ultimate plan which $44 which covers both interior and exterior. After the wash my car was still dirty from outside at a few places and even sands from our recent visit to a beach was still there. I will not go to this place again! It was first and last.

Well after the shamming into upgrades I did not want. $200 later half my car was half done. Did not notice until I was on the road back to Oregon. To say the least I will find some where else to go.

Expensive and poor quality.I’ll never go back again.I emptied all my belongings so they could do a good job.The vacuuming inside and the trunk was poorly done. The windows were not clean inside, the wheels were half done : they clean the bottom of each wheel but not the top . And I paid $40 for the service.Very unprofessional. The place is rip off.

Fast & friendly. Not the cheapest option out there but neither is it the most expensive. They have monthly options available that seems to be the best option if you plan on regularly washing your car.

I had high hopes for this place as they seemed to have a great atmosphere and looked busy when I drove by. I sent my wife to get our car cleaned so we could use it as a trade in for a new vehicle. When I got home I thought she hadnt gone at all. She paid $44.99 to have the exterior washed and the interior vacuumed and wiped down.The seats and floor of my 4runner were poorly vacuumed, the windows were not wiped down. the back cargo area was untouched. the dash and door appear to have been wiped down with a dry rag. I ended up going to a gas station and rewashing the and cleaning the car myself.So if you want a nice carwash for a good price this is not the place for you. If you want to pay 50$ and wash your car yourself later then this is your spot.

Horrible is an understatement... Ive been paying for the monthly service for the past year and a half because I was out of work and driving lyft to bring in income. Every day I come here and every day its the same thing. Lazy workers that dont want to dry your car or do their job. Well buddy I help pay your salary and unfortunately this is the job you chose to work. If you dont like drying cars go get a job somewhere else, but in the meantime you should teach your lackluster employees to have some pride in their work. As of today I will be canceling my service and take my business elsewhere!

Multi-tiered options. Friendly service, went over and above my expectations. I went for exterior only, but they are doing full-service it appears. Easy pathway to follow, and my car came out clean! No complaints.

My car is never spotless inside but they clean well enough that I keep going here anyway. My exterior is always clean though.

Overpriced and I felt hustled. I paid $225 for a full service and they did not clean in between the crevices and interior is still dirty. I was told that the rims are “hand washed” assuming they would do a good job. NOPE! There’s still dirt and gunk on my rims as well as behind the tires there’s still grass that looks untouched. I wish you could see it in pictures… If you like over paying for low quality service then I highly recommend this place!!!

Exterior they do an ok 6/10 job, but interior is a sad 1/10. $40 and my car looks the exact same on the interior, it looks like all they did was pat off the floor mats. I could have done a better job on the interior with a single clorox wipe. You literally cant tell the interior was cleaned, my friend said the same when I picked her up, saying it looks the exact same as the day before. And this was my backup car that hasnt been cleaned in almost a year, so wont be returning, why pay $40 for my car to just be sprayed down.

I definitely wish I would have read the reviews before going to take my car washed at this location! This place has long lines for a reason. They do DAMN GOOD WORK! They make my car look better than it did when I bought it brand news 5 years ago. I took this picture yesterday, a cloudy day. Look how it glistens. The image of the clouds and parking lot reflecting off my freshly washed and waxed car. They also cleaned and vacuumed the interior. I call Classic my cars spa. Casper, my car, says thank you for the spa day! Lol!😉😁

The way service have been great. But manager had a guts to preach employee at the front of the customer which was just a kid. Honestly if someone would speak in this manner towards my child I would respond immediately. They should never react this way towards employee in training in front of the customer. I had literally tell to manager to learn the manners.

Great service! My car was washed and detailed by Classic Car Wash. I was able to make the appointment online, drop it off easily in the parking garage and picked up an hour later! Service was great and prices are very reasonable.

I was very disappointed about the job they did. I brought a car to wash off all dirt on the front bumper from a trip. After the car wash, the dirt were still there and I had to wash off by myself for more than 5 minutes.

What can I say, this place does exactly what they say. Wash, Clean, Vacuum, treat body, etc and they do it pretty quick. Just dont come in the middle of the day on a weekend or you will be here a while. Watch for cross traffic as being at the corner of Cherry and Almaden Expressway can make thing hairy when trying to enter or exit.

Reasonable price for a car wash, exterior wash last less than 5 minutes which is fast

They did an absolutely horrendous job on my black Cadillac, that had a light coat of dust from the recent rains. Not sure if it’s lazy employees, cheap machinery, or both, but I’m never going back. Instead spend your money and a little extra time at Pacific Hand Wash in Campbell, they do an awesome job compared to this place.

I usually go once a week bc I pay for the monthly and its unlimited exterior washes. Its a drive through not a hand wash and when you do exterior only they dont sit and go over every inch.

They dont clean your care very well and there are many places that they miss. You have to go up to them and ask them to fix it and even then it isnt very good.

I was impressed on how my car came out looking new. They even have a way of buffing the wax thats put on. The wheels and tires actually came out clean and they look like they had been detailed. $17.00 for exterior only was definitely worth it and Ill be going back.

Warning ! Know what you want before you go! Know the verbiage. Especially if it’s busy. If you want a basic cleaning on the inside and a basic run through with the car wash for $30-$44.00 ask for “The Deal” or “The Ultimate” because once you get there - the first person that greets you is not just someone to help you- it’s a salesman. The only options they would give me were $89.00 PLUS. Not once was I given either of the other options- which were not only more affordable but also exactly what I was asking for. They made me feel hurried and rushed in making a decision and it was an entirely uncomfortable situation. It’s been hours and I am still upset over this. I also don’t appreciate how I was treated by the guy that oversees the cleaners. If they would teach the salesmen to tell the people about the ultimate car wash and what that entails - it would make things so much better for those that are not aware or are new. The only reason they are getting two stars is because of the two people that were incredibly friendly and understanding and helped me get the wash I came there for at the price I expected to pay. It might have been the managers -I wish I knew your names bc you helped me tremendously. I was so flustered after everything. Thanks you two.

Definitely the best especially for monthly plan

This place is pretty awesome. Family owned. Nice little store, cafe and chickens!!! They even offer a monthly plan for around $40 a month. You get one ultimate interior and exterior wash a month and unlimited exterior washes. Just note that if you come during traffic hour, it is a hassle to exit the parking lot.

They do an amazing job of my mustang, every time I go. And they even service interesting cars you might not see every day. :)

I got the 44.95 special fast pass and they wash the car so quick and sloppy that its not worth it. Its better to go thru a gas station car wash and have your teenager wash th inside for less.

Got the Ultimate wash on 3-26-17, after I was called to get my SUV, I found the whole right side of my Xterra wasnt even wiped down, my rear bumper was still dirty and none of my plastic panels had been cleaned. They also didnt touch the roof at all. And barely wiped down anything inside.Wasnt expecting a full detail but man, this sucks.When I pointed them out, the guy rushed to correct them but didnt do anything except wipe down the back bumper and move on to the next car. Even then, it was done half assed.Attention to basic services is horrible. Figured if the middle package was halfway decent, Id get a full detail next month but I wouldnt trust this place with a couple hundred bucks for a detail.The service advisor was really nice though hence the 2 stars.

Good car wash, friendly service and staff, nice facility, but I also paid 200.00 for a clay bar and quick wax.. it only took them 45 min. With 4 or 5 guys working on the vehicle and I’m not convinced it was a complete job. They also seem to oil everything on the exterior in original Armorall to make it look nice but it’s just overly oily and greasy not really what I was expecting . Will get vehicle washed again but not the extra services

It is a little confusing at first as they seem to assume all costumers know the procedure. The lobby and gift shop are very quaint and nice. They did a good job washing and vacuuming my car, so overall this place was pretty good.

Classic car wash consistently delivers mediocre performance. They are pretty much the only shop in town, and I think they know it. I have not visited a single time in 2020 and not gotten my car back still dirty.

Literally, this is what you get for paying $30 + $2 tips?! I’ve been to this place many times. The price keeps going up but the quality just keeps dropping. Totally not worth it! So disappointed! Won’t go ever again.

I like the place, i came in for my headlights to get a clear coat, did not happen. Maybe next time.

It looked like I was driving a dust bubble instead of a black mini van. The interior was dirty and evidence of children were every where. I was excited to get everything wiped down windows and interior and the outside looking shiny. I paid $34.99 and the outside got washed but when I got home and opened the rear door to put a car seat back inside it didnt even look vacuumed, not to mention the kids cupholders where still dusty and dirty, not even touched. The front cup holders were also grimy still. Not just that but the windows on the inside werent even wiped (except the front ones). Im left feeling a little deflated and like I should have just done the work on the inside myself.

I came here for a full detail. My car probably hasnt been washed in many months. They did a full wax and cleaning of inside and outside. I will say that the car looks better than when I bought it brand new. It did take a couple of hours. But the final product was worth it. If you are looking to buy a new car, I would suggest you hang out here for a few hours and see all of the nice cars that come here. The place is always crowded so thats a good sign. But also the quality of cars are very nice. Tesla, Audis, Porsches, BMW SUVs, Range Rovers. They have a wide variety of nice cars here. So if people who have nice cars come here, then it must be a nice car wash.I would say that a nice touch was that after the morning rush, they closed for about 15 minutes, not letting any new cars come in so the staff can catch up with the backlog and also take a break. I will add an extra star just For that consciousness.Below is my initial review months ago.First time here. Brought two cars at the same time. Came here because it is always crowded and its nearby. Good things - very fast. We came around noon on a Saturday. We werent there more than 12 minutes. The gift shop/waiting area was very nice. Fresh food from Scramblz restaurant is a nice touch. They could improve on the detail. Moderately priced. Probably would go again.

Drive through went pretty fast today. I was able to add a $5 wax on my monthly exterior price with out doing anything they just added to my card TV hats on file. Good process.

I can see why people who have nice cars like this place. Drive right up, hop out, and go shopping in their nice quaint store. They did a professional job cleaning the outside and inside. Reminds me of the old Jim Croce song - Car Wash Blues. But it is expensive for a car wash, and they upsell you too much. Obviously trying to get your cash. Like..You can get 1 cleaning for $45 or sign up for a $45 monthly service, and get your car washed anytime you want. lol

Wow!I came here because Capitol Honda gave me a coupon after an oil service. To be frank, my car looked horrendous when I came in--wood stains from a pole I ran into, nicks, and scratches, and in desperate need of a wax.It was pricey for the detail work, but they did an amazing job hiding all my nicks and straightening out dents, and the clay bar work made my car look brand new. Very impressed. A bit of a splurge, but I love my car so it was very worth it!! Will be returning the next time I need a full service!
