Great haircut place for men. The waiting area has a large TV with sports on, and when you go back to your chair for the cut there is a bunch of small TVs too. Haircuts are $24 and for $5 more you can get a shampoo, hot towel treatment and neck and shoulder massage (better than I expected). Wait is long so use the app to save time.

The best barber I’ve had. She was so patient and attentive with me when I was explaining exactly what I’d like for my haircut and the problems I have been dealing with styling my hair. She cut my hair exactly like I explained and gave some great suggestions when styling my hair. I am returning again to this barbershop for my next haircut and would like Ivana to cut my hair again. It’s great when you have a proper barber who’ll be my go-to.

Very professional, skilled team members. They listen to ones request and, to the best of their abilities, deliver complete satisfaction each and every time. I just discovered their many locations across the bay, too. Which is great since I live and work in the East Bay/Peninsula area. Make sure to subscribe online so you can take advantage of early check in as wait times can get a bit lengthy. But its definitely worth the wait, regardless.

I have been coming here for a year and have received good service and great haircuts every time. Today was different. My stylist had no idea what she was doing, I could tell from the start. She absolutely butchered my hair, didn’t listen to my requests and did a really poor job of the MVP experience. Might be time to find a new place to get my haircut. They obviously need to train their staff better.

Fast in and great service

The service here is terrible. I was rushed through the works within 10 minutes of arriving at the store and given absolutely no consideration for what I said. The lady who cut my hair took about 2 minutes and about six times to cut my hair, ignoring my instructions for a trim at the top. When I mentioned that she had cut too short, she kept justifying how good I looked. In my opinion, she should cut my hair to my liking and I will be the judge of my own look. Also, I did not look good. She just did not seem to care about her work and was focused on whisking me right back out the door. Even though I paid for the MVP package, I was given 30 seconds of shampoo, about 10 seconds of the shoulder massage (not that I care for it, but Im complaining about the principle), while she talked to her manager (!) the whole time. I gave her a tip but I figured this review would do what I needed it to do.I went to this place a few months ago and I absolutely hated the haircut - now that I think about it, Im pretty sure it was the same lady. I came back to give this place a chance and I was completely disappointed.Im never coming back, and Ill make sure everybody I know never goes there again.

Came here 2 months ago. Can only get a haircut after 6pm, so this place is convenient. Angelica (?) cut my hair, and did a really good job at it. Definitely coming back here, good service and market prices.

Just moved into the area and got my first hair cut done from Evette who was very nice and took time to cut my hair. Got the MVP package which was great. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a haircut done.

One word: Mandeep. She did an amazing balayage and is so great to chat with!! Ive been coming here for years and shes by far one of the best.

Terrible customer service. I just wanted to know if 1) Walk-ins were welcome and 2) How much for a haircut. The only two employees around were two ladies who looked seriously unhappy. I stood there, right in front of them for full four minutes. Not a single time either looked at me asking if I needed any information. At some point one of them walked past me and ignored me completely, which left me wondering if perhaps I had died and they couldnt see me. :) Turned back and left. Maybe I should try it a different time, when a different shift is around.

I got my hair done by Mackenzi and she is so great. I found her on google and she did not disappoint. When I first went to her my hair was dry and so damaged by a previous salon. After coming to her my hair looks so health and feels great. Look at the difference.

After explaining to the stylist, Theresa, that I get a 2 clipper on the side and 2-2.5 inches on top and showing her a picture, which clearly shows how I get my hair cut and style it into a fo-hawk she gives me a 0-1 clip on the side and a comb over. Then tells me it’s my fault for not indicating what I wanted. I’ve never had this problem with any other stylist. She argued w me and was very rude when I would question something. Been going to sports clips for years. Might not be back.

Evette is great! After a below average visit 3 months ago with another stylist, I have been requesting Evette and what a difference. She is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use her as my go-to for hair cuts. Thanks for the great service!

Mens barber shop costing $25 to $30 for modern styling services. Sports themed magazines and stadium sears in waiting room. ESPN on the TVs. MVP packages include wash, hot towel, neck massage. There always seems to be a wait.

The stylist who cuts my hair is Yanet!...She is the best, always professional & friendly towards all the customers, especially me. Its such a pleasure going to a place where I dont have to tell them every time how I want it cut because Yanet knows from day-1! Yanet is a great credit to Sport-Clips!!!!!

Sarene was her name gave a good haircut. She was way to pushy and touchy made me uncomfortable . Also if you get the MVP she scrubbed so hard she took off skin both sides of skelp. I have been coming here for 3 years. the hair stylist that used to work here are gone. Never coming back here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a haircut. I told the person cutting my hair to NOT cut the top at all, and to cut half off of the sides and back. She cut about 3/4 of my hair off my sides And then half off my top while she said she was just “lining up the top”. She also cut all of the hair around my ear for about half an inch in every direction. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve given myself haircuts before. Never returning to a sportsclips.

This was by far the worst experience I had with someone who cuts hair for a living. Lady gave me options (1 or 2) for the sides and when I asked if she thought 1 would be too short, she grabbed the clip and decided to show me by cutting my hair. At that point I should have walked out, but I wanted to see if we can make it work. I asked for a trim on the top and cut it shorter than what I asked. I then asked if she could at least wash my hair, which she did but tried to push me into getting the MVP service (includes massage, and a hot towel). I declined everything and just asked for a wash, and in the end tried to charge me for that MVP service.So I am definitely gonna stay away from here and stick to my usual spots.Now the reason for my 2 stars was because the person who was cutting the persons hair next to me seemed like she was taking her time and making sure he got what he wanted.

I looked at some of the bad reviews and they over reacting by a mile. Ive going to the same location for over a year now and I go to Therese. She treats me with the upmost respect and cuts my hair perfectly. I recently even changed up my style, gave her a vague idea of what I wanted and she delivered, just like she always does. If you havent tried this specific shop, you should.

YANET is probably the best hairstylist I’ve ever had Cut and style my hair. I will continue going to this Sport Clips as long as she’s there.

I came in on a semi busy armed with a picture of the hair cut I always get. After being told I NEED to get my hair washed or the haircut wont come out right I was expecting to get a stellar haircut. I proceeded to get the fastest clipped cut in the world and was sent on my way. The hair cut was so bad that I decided afterwards I would just let it grow out and not get a hair cut for a year or so.

They did a good job and enjoyed their service.

This specific one is terrible compared to other locations. Campbell gave 5 star service. This one not only did a poor job at cutting get hair but also overcharged me. I was basically rushed out the chair and charged for services not provided. Be careful here.

This SportsClips is a mixed bag. On one hand you have Yanet who is possible the best stylist Ive ever had, can fade and style flawlessly. (5 stars) However I wouldnt let any of the other stylists shave my dog. Theyre rude, pushy, sales focused and dont listen. Theyre unable to give you what you want. If its busy you can expect to wait up to an hour and forty five minutes for Yanet, which is worth it to me. If shes not working go somewhere else.

Just got my hair cut here and would recommend this place 100%. Hair cut, wash and hot facial towels for $25, not bad and they even cut it the way I asked!

Came here got 2 MVPs made us look like clowns.......asked the owner for a refund he cursed my dead mother .........he made my 7 year old CRY!!! Not a place for kids or if u have good hair save it they will mess you up!!

I had 2 people ahead of me in line and they said it was gonna take an hour and 10 minutes.before they could help me. Told me to sign in, then as i was signing in they told me to step aside to have another client pay, so it erased my progress on the tablet. I felt they spoke to me in an unkind way as well, and one lady was straight up rude. I left before it could get any worse
