I came last time make her cut the lady rozaria i beleave her name she did great job, today i went i make her cut its better for me to cut for my self, each side look different and she keep telling me i have bones and she make my hair look so bad even any one can see that and my friend when he saw me quikly he said that its look different, i will never go again and make hair cut, i show her photo simple and easy and my head look like map i feel so bad to go to work with this hair cut .

Very poor customer service. My family will never return here. First of all, they take all $40 in advance, when you book the appointment, days before the actual haircut. Next, they keep “changing their policies”. In the past, when my sons went in together, one would wait in the car and they’d text the next one. Today, when my two sons went together, for the same stylist, one waited in the car for the older one to come out, as before. But when he went in, he was told he was ten minutes late and they were already seeing someone else. He wasn’t texted, and was told they now have a “new policy”, so you have to show up at your appointment time through the front door, and not the back, as in the past. Granted they should never have been late at all, but the manager was unapologetic, rude, hung up on me when I called to talk - and this was in spite of the fact my older son paid their common hairdresser a 20% tip, in these COVID times. They’re both full time students. Never again, and buyer, beware. This is not a well run place. The hairstylists may be good, but the management sucks.

Would not recommend. If you are in need of a mens haircut and have a style that require slightly more than average skill level, this is not your shop. The lady with dark hair who cut my hair could not follow instructions, and surprised me with a haircut shorter and less refined than what I had hoped for, while arguing with me she did what I asked for. She provided no subject matter expertise and suffers from poor communication skills. I will not be returning, I guess you get what you pay for. If you want a surprise haircut (turned me away from the mirror), bad lighting, bad music, outdated interior design but something cheap that will do for now, this is it.

Its a good place for haircut, just takes time to find barber who will understand your style. Also its pricy, but there is some confidence in at least good result.

I came here for the first time for my boyfriend, as he was in from out of town and wanted to get a haircut.I made an appointment a couple days before he came through their system online, and it was relatively easy to navigate. We showed up a couple minutes early, and they took us right in. There was plenty of space for me to sit, and Brooke was super friendly! She took the time to listen to what he wanted (and made sure I was okay with it too which was sweet!) and was extremely personable.I would definitely bring him here again :)

Wow, the nice lady only cut my hair but also give me a new hair style. Probably one of the best styles I had in my life, Im so pleasantly surprised! Haircut was phenomenal 5 stars. Beard trim....1. Where did part of my mustache go that I had painstakingly grown for months? Am I supposed to try and shave that area imoossible to get to every single day now? Otherwise Ill have awkward 5oclock shadow everywhere on the top of my mustache??? Guess Ill have to wait a month until it grows out again and have prickly mustache hair meanwhile.I could tell the stylist was very experienced and good but I imagine you ask the customer first before getting rid of big parts of beard: also brought down beard line too much even though I asked not to

My hair style was completely ruined and been wearing a hat for over 2 weeks now until its grown out to be fixed. They implied they would do so for free, until then my review will stay as is, simply being honest. I’m not saying to not get your haircut here, but be aware of what you want done and the stylist is capable of doing it.

Don’t bother about the reservation - they don’t even look at it. We reserved for a shampoo and scalp massage along with the cut and style. Stylist never even mentioned them. Straight to the cut - and took the fastest, easiest approach - which resulted in a result that was so far from what was requested it’s hard to Imagine. Save yourself the money and trouble and go to Supercuts. Same level of care. If you still decide to go, don’t do it before a special event. Learn from our experience. They’re big on that there.

Have been to Kittiez 3 times and always go for Brooke. She is amazing and listens to what I want and also adds in some suggestions. The way she shows interest denotes how much she loves what she is doing and hence shows in the result.I have never had a bad experience it has always been the best. Would highly recommend this place and Brooke if available.

My hunt for a Good haircut ended at Kittiez, when I booked an appointment with Julie a year ago. Julie recommended a hairstyle that is perfect for my face and hair (I have got very unruly hair). Since then I get a perfect haircut every time. Julie double checks, triple checks every detail to make sure, I look my best self. Friendly staff, nice place and great value for the money.

Possibly the worst beard trim I’ve ever had. New to town and tried a place with good reviews. Don’t believe this places ratings. I asked for my haircut to get faded into my beard and the barbers first cut on the beard was a razor cutting a big gash into the beard. 5 seconds in the cut was unrepairable. As I stopped him he continued to insist that it will be good. Ended up paying $50 for a cut from a barber that possibly has never done a beard trim. Sad, I even called before hand to make sure they regularly do beard cuts. Avoid this place.

She explained the different trimmer lengths and worked conservatively to accommodate our uncertainty. The appointment started on time and tool less Than a half hour, even with the consult. Parking lot is small but there always seems to be enough spaces. Book your appointment online; each stylist has a different take on things, but are all good. Great service!

You show them a photo of what you want and boom - you have one similar to what you showed them but theyre able to shape it for you.Go there on Tuesdays and youll get a free shampoo/conditioning.Hands down best haircut place. Absolutely unprofessional barber and the worst haircut I have ever got. The lady there completely screwed my hair form even though I showed her pictures of myself with different views (2 sides, back, and front) that I wanted to replicate.I asked for a faded haircut which shall be an moderately easy job for any experienced barber, however, the lady there screwed the total form, the fading of the sides in terms of the fade level and the symmetry between the right and left sides of my head. Moreover, the hair length is non uniform on my head even though I asked her to texturize it.Overall, the worst haircutting experience, I am completely dissatisfied, and the barber is absolutely unprofessional. I DON’T recommend that place.

Julie has cut my hair since 2016, first at Kittiez on Stevens Creek and now in Willow Glen. She pays close attention to her work and makes sure you like how she is styling your hair. At the end she always performs a thorough review and shows you all the angles of the cut with her mirror to make sure youre happy. I love the haircuts and would recommend!

This was one of the worst and most terrifying haircut experiences of my life. I dont think they advertise their hair stylists truthfully - their website claimed that my stylist Rosario had 30 five star reviews. However, this was far from my experience. She barely gave me a chance to describe how I wanted my hair cut. She did not acknowledge the things I was saying and went straight into aggressively cutting my hair. She was incredibly rough and my scalp is literally sore the next day. My hair is now sticking up in the back because she cut off WAY too much. She clearly didnt know what she was doing, and she made no attempt to be careful or respectful.I paid $32 for this experience. For the love of all that is good, please do not go here for haircuts.

Had to look for a new barber after mine moved away and will not need to look any further after Julie did such a detailed, percise and exact job! Im really particular and she was able to explain each cut and layer to me and why she would do what she had to with my very difficult hair. She was reassuring, had the best personality and left a fine look to my head. The building was comfortable ans the whole staff was extrwmely nice and easy to chat with! Definitely recommend!

Ive asked for surfer style layer hair cut and showed some sample pics online. It seems like the hairstylist was not aware of it but tried normal layer cut. The overall experience was just ok but the price is cheap and so, giving 4 stars.

This place good in general but you have to be cautious about what you ask for... I had walked in without appointment for a haircut and a highlight, but they said highlight cannot be done today, so I booked an appointment for next the next day to do both the things together... When I was there the next day.. They said they dont do highlights.. I was like what?.. Disappointed...But then I went ahead with just the haircut.. I had booked Ryan for my haircut.. But after my haircut I came to know that somebody else did my haircut... It was good though.. But we go through the pain of reading all the reviews and book a hairstylist for a reason...

Easy process from booking online, getting a confirmation call and then showing up for my haircut. I showed up 20 minutes early and they had another hair stylist cut my hair than the one I originally booked. Its fine as this was my first time but I find it a bit odd. They also record your preferences to make your future visits smoother.

Scolded my barber for the first time, gave 0 tips for the first time. I asked for maybe 3 things for a normal haircut did all 3 wrong, smh. I would not go here, not worth the price, rude too.The guy I had cut way too fast and kept making mistakes over and over, balded one side then acted like I was crazy.

It was okay, about on par with a Sport Clips. Notice all the photos show haircuts where the stylist simply had to use the buzz/trimmer...let’s be honest, anyone, including my girlfriend could give a guy a haircut with those - simply ask what level # and trim away. Unfortunately my hair isn’t that simple, she used the sissors and it came out like a 2nd grade boy’s haircut.I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and assume I just got an inexperienced stylist. Just like any place though, it takes a couple visits with a stylist you like before things turn out right. I may try again considering the close proximity to my home. They have a online booking system, which is nice. Easy to make an appointment. Since I hadnt been there before, I didnt request anyone in particular. the haircut itself was fine, nothing special. only complaint was that they didnt take American Express. Had i known, I would have brought another card and I dont recall seeing anything about that on their website. and since it was the only card i had on me at the time, it was a bit of an inconvenience, otherwise, it was fine.

I come here for my haircuts on a regular basis and they do a great job every time. I opt for the directors cut, although they have other options like wash and cut, shampoo, etc. They save your preferences and you can even book an appointment online through your preferred stylist. Very nice place. Highly recommend booking an appointment as theres not too much seating and you may end up waiting for long especially on the weekend.

The best place for a guy to get his haircut hands down. I like the old school barber shops, because they just have a certain atmosphere and confidence that translates to your hair, but there was just one issue they are old school. Dont get me wrong I have nothing against the classics. But I am also a man of the Silicon Valley, where I am used to the standard amenities and most barber shops I visit did not have a hair washing station and most of them can be pretty intimidating walking in not knowing what kind of cut you want.It is all different at Kittiez you get the feel of the old school barber shop with a whole lot of new school feels infused into one big package. And a whole lot cheaper than what most Barber shops charge for a cut. Oh did I also mention that instead of men cutting your hair you have beautiful women cutting it? Word of advice if you made it this far, make an appointment so that you dont have to wait.

Ive been lucky and been seen in as little as 10 minutes, but also had to wait an hour and a half. Appointments have always been on time. I recommend Tao, shes very nice and a great cut every time.

Horrible experience. The lady that cut my hair scratched my whole neck in the back. I was even bleeding. She didnt not tell me or put any alchohol on the scratches. I didnt notice till I got home. I called to get a refund. They told me no. But they can give me a free cut. Why would I want a cut when you guys scratched me all up in the back. I would not ever go here again or reccomend anyone.

Hardly cut any of my hair, didnt trim my beard, basically only blew cold air on my head with the hair dryer and charged 30$ (and they dared to ask for a tip). People who see me daily didnt even notice Ive got a haircut.She had very little work to do and she didnt do that either... go somewhere else.

First time trying this place out. Fantastic experience, was able to book online a few hours before coming in and they were very good at figuring out how I liked my hair cut and cutting it that way. They also took notes of how I like my hair cut so that when I come back I dont have to re-explain! Will definitely be getting my hair cut here from now on.

I am 28 years old and I have never complained about a haircut but my haircut today at Kittiez Sunnyvale was so bad that i am forced to write this review. She neither asked my how i want to nor checked with me. She just left my hair long and uneven. My hair are so uneven right now that i have to go to another salon tomorrow to get it fixed. I asked her to give some volume to my hair and she said use some product. How convenient!! Why didnt i think of that. I have been to this place a few times and it has always been okay except today which was horrible. Never going back.

I got a great haircut but the website did not allow me to add a beard trim to the service and when I got there they said theres no time for the beard trim, so I only deducted one star for that.

I thought this would be a good place to get my hair cut, because of how many ratings this place had, but no that’s not the case. My stylist had no idea what she was doing and I got one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. My haircut in the middle of the desert in turkey was 10 times better than this stupid place.

This place advertises themselves as more than a very cheap barber shop, but the only difference is price ($30). Stylist asked hardly any questions, was done in 15min, and when I got home I realized she hadnt even blended the top correctly, so there were small protruding bumps of hair toward the top of the side. Wouldnt be at all surprised if the majority of positive reviews are fake.

I booked an appointment and due to traffic was 3 min late. I walked in and the guy said he gave me spot away. They didnt bother calling to confirm. I spent 25min on the road to get there. And its NOT the first time its happened. This is 3 times this exact same scenario has played out. There are many good barber shops in the bay area and given their marked uo prices if they cant respect their customers enough to make a phone call to confirm that they are on the way then Ill find a place with better customer service. Will not be returning and will not be recommending to others.

Definitely amateurs. If you want shaved sides and slicked back greasy wet hair look on top, then this place might work for you. After the cut, I was told I could go home and style my hair however I want. I dont have difficult hair or high demands, but the barber didnt listen to a word I said and just combed my hair backwards and made it look wet to send me on my way... first and last time customer. Not recommended.
