Violet has been cutting my hair for the last 3 years and have enjoyed the result and the conversation every time. Very relaxed atmosphere and conveniently located. Walk-ins are technically possible but Violet and Frank usually have full schedule and highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment.

I have gotten a number of haircuts from Violet and I am always happy with her work. She is quick, open to requests, and very skillful. Her fees are phenomenally fair and I cant find a better value anywhere.The shop is old and the atmosphere is slightly stale but its always fun to sit in the chair and enjoy the banter Frank and the customers. As I said, you cant get a better cut or shave anywhere else I know of for such a modest fee.

Great to have an old-fashioned barber shop in the area. Open on Sundays & Mondays, which is an added bonus. Ricardo did a great job.
