The technician at Bay Area Home Appliance is amazing. He gutted my washing machine completely to replace the frame that I drove my truck into. Not only did he kick but replacing it and for a very reasonable price, he also did not refer to me as an idiot for running into it in the first place. These guys are the best. Truly recommended

Called the business at 6 pm, the dispatcher answered almost immediately in a professional manner and scheduled me for the next day. The technician came promptly at the designated time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Good thing he had the part in the van, so he fixed my fridge same day, and for an affordable price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fast, affordable and reliable repair.

I needed my refrigerator repaired and I was happy that I was able to get same day service, and that the part that was needed was in the truck, so I didnt have to wait for them to order a part and come back. The technician, Victor, was very polite and worked expeditiously. I was given the exact cost of the repair upon diagnosis. Barring anything going seriously wrong with the repair and their response to any such problem, I would definitely use them again if I needed to.

Victor was great! Was able to schedule me for the next day (probably would’ve done same day if it were an emergency, but it wasn’t). Called me when he was on the way, and arrived on time. Very courteous and professional. Took care of my problem in record time. Will definitely call him again for any appliance repair needs!

Our washer recently broke down after 10+ years. It had stopped working in the middle of a wash cycle. We had had some experience with Bay Area Appliances just a month prior to repair our dryer which was not heating. (Yes, folks...they break down together!) We were very satisfied with their professionalism and their work. Their response was prompt, the technician, was polite and informative. Upon arrival, he examined the machine, found the problem, repaired and cleaned his work space afterwards. It turns out that our son had left a small pebble in his pocket and it had made its way into the machines pump, blocking it and damaging it as well. ilshat changed the pump and tested the machine several times.

They came out the same day and had the parts for my dryer the next day. Good as new!!

My Maytag is quite old and the parts are sometimes hard to find. The technician did an excellent job. Very thorough. :)

The technician was late. I found out after 2 calls to the company. I asked for $1100 for changing 4 hinges to Bosch dual oven for doors not totally closing, 2 minutes spent for the $70 fee, and went his way.

Our dishwasher wouldnt stop leaking so we decided to call for service. Bay Area repair was able to fix the problem fast and the cost was very affordable!
