I’ve used BJ’s several times now and I am completely happy with the professional and punctual service. Give him a call and he will respond quickly. I love that quick response and keeps his appointments. Just remember it’s Covid and people are using the appliances a lot more so they are busy, but BJ’s still is very communicative 👍😎🤙

Alex has assisted me with the repair/replacement of several appliances. I cant say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable and professional. He is honest and does not try to sell you parts and/or services that are not needed. His fees are reasonable, he does not overcharge. He always shows up for the appointment, arrives on time and even gives a courtesy call/text prior to arriving. He is clean and neat, leaves the work area tidy.I am a Realtor and have high standards for technicians/repair persons who perform work for myself and clients. I highly recommend him for appliance repair/replacement.

I have had to call BJ appliance out three times now for three different appliances! Alex was prompt to respond each time! He fixed my dishwasher then my ice maker and now my washer and I realized i really need to write a review! Each time i have called or text he has responded within a few hours, he commits to a time and then even calls to let me know when he is on his way. He is very fair and honest...he guarantees his work and is very efficient. My 6 year old daughter with Down syndrome felt obliged to “help him” and he was so patient with her! I definitely recommend him!

This company is fantastic came right on time fix the problem order the part the day before came the next day I highly recommend them clean courteous can’t say enough about this company I would definitely have them for any appliance that I had a problem with

Alex was on time, texted before coming. Knows what he is doing, had the right needed tools to fix our wall oven. Old school service, communication and skilled to the trade, honest.

Setup appointment through home warranty. Called and they gave me a 4 hour window for the washer repair. They said they would call before they were on their way. Tech called and I missed the call. Call back within 10 min and never got a call back and VM was full for the company VM. They didnt call me back for 3 days to reschedule. Extremely unprofessional. Will be calling someone for my service.

Irresponsible and unfriendly. It took them two visits just to diagnose the problem. Subsequently, they never followed up to get the problem fixed, though they said they will get fixed.
