My rental properties in S. San Jose needed new insulation, and new furnaces and I wanted to add AC also. Element was a company that could do both projects.I was able to get an estimate fairly fast and the job was completed within 8 days. The price was very good for the amount of work that was completed. We purchased a new home that was 15 yrs old. We were so cold we had to check the insulation, and we were shocked! It had barley any blown in insulation!!!
