We prepared for our appointment by vacuuming, moving furniture out of the rooms, etc. They called a half an hour before the appointment to reschedule because of being short-staffed. The next appointment was 2 weeks out.We had to move the furniture and prepare the rooms all over again for the new appointment. The technician was on time, friendly, and fast. The rugs look great. I will make cereal rest part of my annual routine.

The technician showed up on the earlier end of the 2-6pm window which was surprising and impressive. He was very patient with our lack of organizing. The carpet and house smelled so clean when he was done. Carpet feels really clean. The upholstery looks and smells super clean as well (VERY old chair that has probably never been cleaned). Still waiting for everything to get completely dry before setting it all back up and looking forward to relaxing in the chair soon!

Pros: Booking them online was super easy. They showed up on time.Cons: There was a 4 inch food stain on the carpet in one of the rooms. The carpets in other rooms were in great condition. We hired their services given their excellent reviews hoping that the small stain will go away. Disappointed to find the stain still there. They did a fine job for the carpets in other rooms though.

A very inexperienced technician came to do our annual carpet cleaning. He was hesitant but sincere. He wanted to do a good job but had not been given the tools to do it. He said he did not know we were on a second level and did not have the proper equipment. This is not the first time we have used this service. Our information should be on file or they should bhave called and inquired.hewas able to do an adequate job but not the excellent job we have come to expect.

Really nice work! My carpets are super clean now, and they helped me to add protections to them so that dirts will be easier to be vacuumed. (with some additional cost of course but it worths) They also cleaned my sofa and Im very pleased with the result as well. E and Ricardo were on time, professional and took time to answer all my questions. They reviewed the carpet areas with me and gave me an estimate for my area rug. After the carpets were all cleaned, i’d say they were less damp than with other carpet cleaning companies. No smell. Carpets look great. I just wish Zerorez would provide wood floor protection for their crews. Also, they did not have wall edge protectors I requested on appointment setting -they mentioned they did not get loaded onto van this morning. All in all I will use them again.

We’ve used Zerorez for years. We have light colored carpet and because they don’t use soap, the carpet stays much cleaner much longer. They provide accurate quotes, call in advance as they say and perform cleaning as expected. As always the technician is polite and helpful.Since this is during shelter in place, the technician wears not only the booties they normally do but also a mask.I recommend Zerorez very highly.

I thought the protector material would be more thorough especially considering the cost. It was something I could apply myself for far less cost! Live and learn!
