My technician did a good job getting the dark colored dirt coating out of the hardwood, no complaints on the quality of the work. But it seems, and I read it on other reviews, they quote you a low price online and at the job site the price goes up. I was quoted $195 on the phone and let them know the exact sq ft and condition of the floor. The tech said it would be $1000 because there was wax on the floor. I ended up paying north of $900 for what… 480 sq ft of hardwood and 1 hour of work of one technician. Seems I could have thrown in another 1000 and just have it resurfaced. I won’t be retuning or recommending.

Have used their services before. Very hard working professionals. Jesus did a great job on our kitchen floor and one of our bedrooms. Our floors look great! Will definitely be calling again to have them come out to do family room and living room. Hope to have Jesus come back. Thank you for a job well done!!

Technician did not remove all stains from my sofa after an hour of using the cleaning tools.Not happy about paying $150.00 for this service!!Now that the cushions are dry it does look like the stains have vanished despirlte what the technician thought about 2 stains remaining

Satisfied customer! There was confusion to the arrival, but eventually everything worked out. Juan did a great job! He was nice, dedicated to performing a great job! Carpets came out very clean, spots were gone! I would definitely have more patience next time, and be a devoted customer to Stanley Steamer!

On 07/03/2021 Stanley Steemer sent one employee to our home to perform a full house carpet cleaning and we were charged $342.00. We asked the employee to make sure to remove all pre-treatment and soap residue from our carpet by doing a double water only rinse. He did not do as we requested. After he finished the job, the carpet (throughout the whole house) had a strong chemical smell from the pre-treatment and the carpet dried stiff and sticky with a soap residue which irritated the bottom of my feet and turned them red. I called Stanley Steemer several times and was told that a manager and the owner would call me back to resolve it. I never received any calls back from any Stanly Steemer employee or manager or the owner. After several more calls to Stanley Steemer, on 07/09/2021 they reluctantly sent one employee over to do a rinse only. It did not resolve the problem. I called Stanley Steemer to speak to a manager, but no manager will speak with me or return my call. UPDATE - Today (07/15/2021), after more than half a dozen phone calls to Stanley Steemer, over 10 days after their original visit, a representative sent me an email and I responded.

The service technician arrived promptly and was thorough. I had 2 chairs cleaned. They haven’t dried yet. I’m hoping that all of the stains don’t reappear.

The grout was not clean I can do a better job on my hands and knees !!

The first team that was sent out did a awful job. When I called and complained the second team that came out did a great job! The second team should get a raise and the first team should be fired. Of course, their independent contractors so be sure to get the good ones.

This was our second time using Stanley Steemer and once again they did a great job. It was easy to schedule a next-day visit. They notified us in advance by text of when they would arrive. The carpet and sofas were beautiful when they were done.

Daughter did a crazy thing an urinated on the carpet in her room. Cleaned up, but still smelled. After a few days got fed up and called stanley. Still smelled initially after steamed, but after about 45 minutes smell disappeared. Hopefully will stay that way. :)

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job with communications and a superb job on my ivory color sofa!! I received a reminder notice the day before my appointment and a text when they were on the way. As the tech cleaned the sofa, he was mindful of the solution getting on my floor throughout the cleaning. He even took the time to go over my sofa again when the dirt had not lifted off entirely the first time. Dependable and great customer service!!

He id friendly, always double checks what he is supposed to do and then does it (well) Maybe a little aggressive in trying to sign you up for future appointments, but isnt that part of his job?I would not hesitate to recommend him for carpet cleaning efforts.

We are very happy with our Stanley Steamer service today. It was completed in less than 3 hours. The carpet looks brand new (20 years old) and the hardwood is super clean!! Also, he did an area rug without removing it. The wood floor under the rug is not wet!! I was worried about that. It looks like new ad well!! I cant say enough good things. The technician, Opada, was right on time, courteous, and very thorough and quick. I highly recommend!!!

We have used Stanley Steemer for years and have always been happy with their service. I have a lot of allergies and it seems to work well for me.

Excellent in all categories. From the minute I called to schedule an appointment, to the completion of service. Great customer service, communication, and Bryn was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, the carpets look brand new (they are probably at least 20 years old). I wish more companies operated like this!

I would give them 2 and a 1/2 stars. The techs where friendly and professional. They did the cleaning super fast. But the end results where not that good. They should have spent more time on the high traffic areas. They are still brown and dirty looking. I would not recommend them.

Great experience having my furniture cleaned and protected. They look as good as new! Now, if only my two dogs would keep them that way...at least I know Stanley Steamer can take care of the next cleaning challenge! Thanks!

Very pleased with my service. Both techs were friendly and answered any questions I had. They also alerted me that my cat had been peeing in my bedroom corner, and gave some advice to place heavy boxes in the corners so she couldn’t dig there. The young man who came out was so polite and friendly. He asked me what I wanted done and worked very quickly. He didnt leave any mess. He explained everything that was done. I was surprised to learn that he was new to the job. My carpet looks much better and I am happy.

My carpet looks terrific. Having an old pet who has had frequent accidents, has had an adverse effect on my carpets. Stanley Steamers technician took special care to address those areas and, again, the results have been remarkable!

I’m not at all happy At all with the outcome of 80% of the job. Two bathrooms look great but the reminder of the house has a lot of discoloration in the grout. I hired Stanley Steamer to get the grout clean. It didn’t work I’m not sure if the grout is supposed to be grey, white or black? I paid way too much and the tile and grout look worse than before SS “cleaned” it.
