Noam and his team cleaned up old insulation and installed new insulation into my attic, sanitized and performed rodent proofing for the whole house, removed asbestos ducts and vent boots and replaced with new ones. Noam came to provide the estimate, and was among 5 quotes I took for the job. There are always cheaper options but Im glad I chose them because they did the job not in a rush and always do the right thing for my home. Noam was responsive and could be on site with his workers if I need him. He takes the time to explain everything, is very patient and helpful. His project manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and workers were professional and efficient. We had really old heating, duct, insulation systems and no cooling, so we wanted to do everything as a whole package. As a big project, we want to do a thorough homework before settling on a contractor.We considered these factors: price, rebate/inspection handling, quality (license/review), one stop service--we dont have to deal with multiple vendors. After interviewing almost 10 contractors, All Bay was the clear winner, and we are very happy about the result so far after enjoying it for almost 3 months.1. Price: their price is for sure competitive. There will always be cheaper options, but Noam is reasonable, especially given they provide one stop solution with good quality products. I had a contractor with cheaper options on some services/second class products, but I also need to find insulation from other places.2. Rebate/inspection: the process was smooth, and they were driving the process until finish, instead of me pushing them: peach of mind. They did things by the book so the city signed off. Also they made sure I got the max rebate possible, and managed the paperwork without me worrying about it.3. Quality is the biggest concern, especially when it involved gas/electricity. They have dedicated technicians and communicated their approach clearly. Also the AC they chose was Carrier brand, the best option available, not other cheaper options.4. One stop service: I am busy, and I want to have the job done in one stop in a smooth process. This is what happened, and I did not have to deal with different contractors and submit multiple rebates.Also they are quick in response to your request, which I valued a lot. Just text or call Noam. All Bay was among 6 quotes I took for a complete HVAC system replacement and relocation and I am glad I went with them. They were reasonably priced and did the job exactly the way I wanted. We had to shift a furnace from an inside closet to the attic along with new ducts and new vents on the ceiling. We never had an AC unit so got that added too. Hats off to Noam and his team(Jesse, Caesar and more) to explain all the details along the way and also making sure the job was done perfectly. When it was time for the city inspection, they were pretty responsive to make the minor changes the inspector wanted. By the way, All Bay is registered with BayRen program, another important reason why I picked them as I did get back a significant rebate on the new system + attic insulation that I opted for. Id recommend them for any insulation or HVAC related jobs.

Noam and his team installed insulation into my attic, removed an asbestos pipe, and repaired and cleaned our ducts. Noam came for the original estimate and was on site when the work was being done. These guys are true professionals with very competitive pricing. I have a house from the late 70s where the original air ducts included asbestos and everyone I spoke to told me that I need to hire a separate subcontractor to deal with that. They came in and replaced 13 ducts with high-quality material took responsibility for the job and to end with no subcontractors and the end result was outstanding and was half the time they originally estimated. Three months ago they came in and replaced a 15 year old furnace with a new hi efficient HVAC system. My electricity bill was reduced by $100 a month and the system is now upstairs in the attic and it’s so quiet that I can’t hear it not to mention the old space where the previous furnace was located is now storage space that they were kind enough to build for me. I spoke to several insulation contractors in the Bay Area before finding this company. One came out and looked at the job, and then ghosted me. The other scheduled someone to come give us an estimate and the person never showed up or called. The professionalism of All Bay Insulation definitely set them apart right away; they were super helpful and very pleasant to work with. The estimate was quick, they answered all my questions, and they were able to come out a couple days later. They masked everything off completely and had new insulation installed in our attic by lunchtime. Would hire them again (and likely will for future HVAC work, which they also do).

I had the pleasure of working with Noam and his team from All Bay Insulation & Air Duct Cleaning – I first worked with them 8 months ago when I bought a new house, they gave an unbeatable quote for air duct cleaning. Noam and his team did such a great job, I asked him to come back and evaluate our attic space as our house gets hot during the heat waves. Noams recommendation was that we install new batts insulation, a new radiant barrier to help keep out the heat, air seal, and install an attic fan to exhaust the hot air. They came in at 8:30am and had the job done by 2pm, same day! They were efficient, quick, and they cleaned up after themselves as well.I attached some pictures of their work - after initial insulation removal and sanitation and more after the r-38 batts insulation was installed. Reposting my yelp review because I want to make sure everyone knows about the great work that Noam and All Bay Insulation did for my family. I also included some pictures of the old ducts in my crawlspace which started this whole journey.----1 word, Amazing!Let me clarify. All Bay Insulation were great in handling some serious air duct and attic insulation issues at my house.We recently found out that we had asbestos tape on our ducts when we wanted the return duct in our crawl space fixed. Noam the owner of the business personally came and did a through inspection of the issue and gave an estimate for free. Other places wanted to charge us for an estimate! He found that the asbestos tape was used in all of our ducts throughout the house. He recommended that we replace all of the duct work. Asbestos is pretty scary so we wanted the issue resolved as fast as possible. We got the estimate on Friday and Noams crew showed up on Monday.Examples of their exemplary work: Our house has some unusual wall paneling in the kitchen which made the job even harder since they had to go through the walls to replace the ducts. They were very careful in removing and eventually reinstalling the paneling. Also, the crawlspace under the house is very small so it was incredibly difficult to remove the old return and replace it with the new ducts. They did an amazing job. In fact we even had them come back to adjust the dampners on the new vents to move more heat around the house for no charge. All in all this was above and beyond what most folks would have done.We also had our attic insulation replaced since they were already doing a lot of work in the attic with the ducts. I think its pretty standard stuff compared to the duct work. We definitely didnt expect this expense when we started 2020 but in the end it was something that had to be done and we are glad we went with Noam and All Bay. I felt they were honest and did a great job.

I hired All Bay Insulation for Attic storage!They removed my old insulation and Sanitize the attic. I worked with All bay insulation last year and they did a fantastic job cleaning my attic; From the looks of it, our attic hadnt been cleaned or insulated for a very long time.. It also had some rodent infestation and Naoms team did a great job to clean them out and seal all the vents. On top of cleaning the attic and adding new insulation, he also installed a new bathroom vent fan and cleaned our air ducts + hvac systems. I really loved his service, he was on time and completed the tasks for a very reasonable price. If given another chance I would do business with him again.

My heating bills are high and i been thinking to renew my attic insulation and air ducts for a while. I called these guys they did a thorough inspection of my attic and crawl space and it turns out I had asbestos on the ducts and and maybe o e inch of dirty insulation in my atticAfter the inspection Noam recommended to remove all the asbestos and hazardous materials from the heater and to replace the air ducts and sheet metal with new ventilations and to seal the ducts. Also they recommend to remove the old insulation from out attic. And perform an air seal for all openings and gaps in our attic and crawl spaceThen to install new 12” thick eco friendly insulation batts after researching the materials I chose knauf insulation. And a vapor seal for the crawl space which they use stego plastic wrap.On the day of the installation they came out on time and wrapped the whole house with plastics and thick floor covers to prevent damaging the floors and wallsIt took two days to complete the work and now our house is more comfortable in about 4-5 degreesAnd they approved it by doing a blower door testing air leakage to outside of the envelope of the houseThese guys know a thing or two about energy saving and I would highly recommend them for my friends and colleagues for sure !!I can’t wait to see my gas bill

We moved into our house and one of the first few things on our list was to fix the insulation, install updated ducting, asbestos removal and rodent proof our attic + crawl space. We contacted multiple contractors through Yelp. Noam was the first to respond and offered to stop by to take a look at our house.Noam reached our house for a free inspection well before time, I really appreciated this and speaks volumes about their punctuality. We had a few more contractors stop by and provide their quotes but decided on going ahead with Noam and his crew.Before Game Day: Noam was available to answer all our questions even over the weekend (and while on his trip). This wasnt our expectation but clearly manifests his customer first approach.Come Game Day: Noam and his crew reached our home promptly at an agreed upon time. As our house was empty, we had our keys in the lockbox for them to access the house and start their work. All 4 items on our list was fully completed in 2 days. We stopped by our house intermittently to check and Noam took his time explaining everything that was being done.Post Game Day: Noam & his crew came back for another final inspection to see if everything was working fine and to install rodent traps. They quickly became our team of trusted partners for our new project (our house). They did an outstanding job in ensuring the insulation of heater & furnace pipes were as per PG&E recommendation (when we pointed it as feedback).We had an issue with the water heater post fumigation and while this was not something Noams crew worked on - Noam quicklyhopped on a FaceTime call and tried to troubleshoot with us (we ended up fixing our water heater by calling an licensed trade plumber).As new homeowners, it brings us immense piece of mind knowing someone like Noam is willing to roll up his sleeves and be available for his clients. I hired all bay insulation for rodent proofing my house and installing insulation in the attic.Sam came out and did a thorough inspection of my attic and crawl space. He gave me a few recommendations based on the inspection and explained to me the job in detail.On the scheduled day they showed up and worked in the attic for the entire day. I dont write reviews normally but this one I am very glad to write and stand behind:I hired All Bay to replace all the ducts in my home - the crawl space between the two levels in my home is quite small - I explored getting this done via a few other vendors and one of them said Id have to cut holes in the ceiling every 4 feet all across my home to get to the ducts - which meant 3 contractors - one to do abatement and duct removal, one to cut open the holes, and patch/paint later, and one to do the duct replacement - which would be quite crazy for me from a co-ordination, hassle, and cost perspective.Noam and crew delivered a one-stop shop experience - Noam hired a separate abatement company but acted as a one-stop shop from a logistics perspective, greatly minimized the cutting (just 3 holes), and did the cutting/painting/patching plus duct removal and replacement - all of it - just one vendor for me to deal with! It was done efficiently and quickly, within a reasonable budget. Whatever issue I had, he dealt with - hed either come back to get it done, or get it done on the spot.They sealed all the leaks, ran tests that showed only 11% leakage, and the results showed in actual strong flow through the vents in several rooms - the flow in one room was so strong that its noisy - which they promised theyll fix (but is a good problem to have as opposed to low air flow).The staff is smart, quick, and efficient; communication is perfect with text messaging, and super prompt replies. Noam himself is exceptional - very trustworthy, friendly, and more importantly, reliable, with exceptional hussle (in a good way!). All in all, an excellent experience - I am looking at All Bay to do more work in the future for me!

I had dryer vent issues for sometime. I tried to clean the vent myself, but it was little complicated as the vent was going over my roof. Noam came promptly and assessed my situation and he had to go into my attic to figure out how the problem can be fixed. He got the right person go over my roof to fix the problem. My house was having issues with the insulation, namely a lack of it due to settling over the years and lack of air sealing from the various recessed and sky lights that the previous owner had installed. I called for a few different quotes and Noam was the most prompt and responsive. He even came on a Sunday at the exact time of the appointment. During the initial estimate, Noam even called out some HVAC issues that I had which no one else mentioned at all. Talk about thorough! He was extremely knowledgeable telling me about the various options that were available (blown in, batt, sealing, radiant barrier, etc.) all while never utilizing any pushy or aggressive sales tactics. The choice was obvious for me in selecting Noam after receiving a few more estimates and dealing with other contractors.On the actual day of work, Noam and his crew arrived on time and got to work setting up right away. Our experience from start to finish All Bay Insulation was professional, honest, informative and efficient. Richard is clearly very knowledgeable and provided educated explanations of our repair options. Response time was excellent and they were able to promptly schedule and complete the work on a malfunctioning and old HVAC unit within a day of the estimate. The final price was in line with the estimate. We had gotten some other estimates that were definitely trying to up-sell, but Richard never did that and we immediately trusted that he was the right man for the job. We installed new insulation in both attic and crawlspace, new air ducts, vapor barrier from Noam and his team in Sept 2019 before we moved in. They also cleaned up all the old stuffs in both spaces. They are vey diligent and patient to perfectly complete their job.We have been very happy with their work because our house temperature is pretty stable without too much heating during winter.We highly recommend Noam and his team for this kind of work!

If you need your ducts cleaned, All Bay is the place to call! I have roughly 15 vents and Steven in the front office was able to provide details and competitive pricing. Sam and Eduardo showed up on time and was great at explaining the process before starting. Eduardo showed me how dirty by ducts were before and how clean they were after. Simply amazing job!! Noam arrived on time gave me an estimate for duct replacement. I had asbestos on the register boots that’s in the wall and I had a few contractors that inspected the property and only Noam told me that he would remove the boots completely from the wall. In order to perform a pressure testing of the leakage in the ducts. After they finished the installation of the air ducts they sealed them with mastic duct sealant and adjusted the air flow so it will evenly flow in the right areas in the house.After the duct install was done I was able to get good amount of air from each vent and my house heated immediately after few minutesI definitely recommend Noam’s service. He is very thorough and detailed oriented. He’s technicians are knowledgeable and got to work right away. The job was done in one day

I have used all bay services for couple times now after hearing from a friend about them. Our air ducts were not blowing enough air and my heating bills were high. They came and replace my air ducts on my 1954 home and install a new register filter grill. New insulation was installed in the attic by another contractor in the past and was not sufficient, our tech recommended to remove it and air seal the attic ceiling with all types or expended foam and explained that it will reduce the air drafts from floors and walls. Their are very knowledgeable and I’ve learned a lot about the air leaks on my home. Then they installed new insulation batts in the attic. My home feels much more comfortable and the heating bills went don’t by half. We are happy and will recommend them here and to others

I would highly recommend All Bay Insulation! I had a new roof put on my 90 year old house and the roofing company left a huge mess in my attic. All Bay came out with several hard working professional guys and now my attic is spotless! They also laid down insulation and sealed all cracks and light sources. They even cleaned an extra little room that wasnt protected from the roofers mess. Best of all they made sure that I was 100% satisfied before finishing the job. They always came when they said they would and cleaned up when they left. These guys are the real deal and trustworthy as well.

Great customer service. I contacted all bay for my anual air duct cleaning. The air quality at my house was poor and had to heat the house for few hours then the heat would disappear and the house gets cold in 10 minutes. All bay technician went and did a thorough inspection and found that my ducts had asbestos and are leaking air to the attic space. I received the quote on the spot from the tech and decided to go with them for replacement and sealing my duct system and attic insulation My house retain the energy much better now and the air quality is fenomenal I can feel the difference. It started to get real cold and I haven’t cleaned my air vents for about 10 years now. I turned on the heater and bad smell came out. Found these guys on google they are local and looks like they really know the job. We scheduled an appointment for the cleaning after searching for a reliable contractor to do the job, I got pricing over the phone, when they arrived to my house they opened the air vents and started the work. After they were done, the tech recommended me what kind of filter to get for my furnace and ordered it for me on amazon . Real good customer service. They cleaned after themselves and left.
