We installed LG 2-zone mini split ac. Very professional throughout the process and communication. Three guys (Sam, Jose, and don’t remember the other guy) worked great. Highly recommended. My neighbors are already interested in the installation and I’m recommending this company.

Vince arrived right on time, he even texted before his arrival. He came to clean our dryer vent. It was overdue. His service was great and showed us before and after pictures for illustrations. I had Eilon come out for an estimate. He did a great job and was very thorough and really helped me learn a lot about what is important in the process I need to undertake in getting my attic cleaned and rodent-proofed. Although they werent the cheapest option, I would feel confident in having them perform the work.

Today Vince, from Pacific Air, came to clean my dryer vent. Boy, was that overdue! His service was exemplary. I’d asked that he come at the beginning of the time interval if possible. He responded giving me the opportunity for him to arrive 15 minutes early, which was so helpful. He was efficient, explanatory, and businesslike. He wore booties in the house, and a mask. He was able to do the cleaning from outdoors, and he cleaned up completely after himself. He recommended annual or biennial cleaning, and I’ve put it in the calendar. he provided photographs of the before and after situation of the vent. Those were dramatic! Monday, Chris, Adrian and Marvin came out and removed all of our attic insulation and cleaned a ton of rat droppings, etc. They worked very hard all day as our attic is a real maze and difficult to maneuver. They cleaned, sanitized, rodent proofed and left traps. They all did an amazing job and worked very hard. They were courteous and professional (and seemed to have a lot of fun doing their job as they were singing as they worked). Next step is to see if those rascals return or if the rodent proofing actually worked! Thanks to the great team that was here working on our home.

Sam, the technician, got there on time. he was very knowledgeable and helped me understand what are the options to clean the crawl spaces. AC Install was supposed to take one or maybe two days, but it ended up taking six visits! The first tech they sent worked for two days, did sloppy work, and couldnt get the AC working. It took another two visits to get the AC running, and two more after that to fully correct the first techs mistakes and tidy up the pipes and cables. Each visit the workers were able to make progress, but not complete the job without a follow up.On the plus side, they did persist until I was fully satisfied. The owner even reached out to me personally to apologize and remind me their work comes with a full 10-year warranty. Still, it was a painful drawn-out process, and Im not very confident in the work that was done.

Mark Trimbell came out to do a rodent inspection. He was prompt, courteous and professional explaining the process as he went along. Mark performed a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home as well as the attic and crawl space. He identified three possible points of entry but found no evidence whatsoever of any rodent activity. What a relief! Mark made recommendations to seal up the entry points to avoid future problems.

Vince, Isaac, Nico and Joseph are the real pros. They are responsive, on time, get to the job right away and did it to perfection. They helped me clean the duct and got rid of the rodents, which I didnt know needs to be done every few years. I suspected there were rats around the community, but they found a lot of droppings in my crawl space! They had to take out all the insulation and reinstall the new ones. It was a lot of work but they finished in 5 hours . More importantly, they explained to me what was done and how to maintain it in a very clear manner, the communication skills of all of them are superb on top of the actual job. They are truly the best of the best. I highly recommend them if you need help with duct cleaning or rat proofing.

First I have to say that the guys showed up exactly on time, were communicative and REALLY nice, so I feel bad dinging them a bit. They worked REALLY hard in very tight quarters under the house for hours! I haven’t seen the pics of the completed job yet, but hopefully they were able to address the issues from before the job. However, they were not entirely clean in their execution. Even though I expressly asked, one of the guys who was going in and out of the house did not wear booties. The drop cloths did not overlap and they only put plastic around the area with the opening to the crawl space, but not over the drop cloths, which leads me to believe that as they walk back and forth at my house and at other jobs, dirt and excrement from the crawl space is getting on those drop cloths. I doubt they are being washed each time. Additionally, after they left, the areas around the vents were dirty and some surfaces (sides of the beds) as far as 3-4 feet away were covered with a white substance I am not able to identify. The area around the vent in my bathroom, had a layer of dirt around it. Finally, unlike other companies, they assured me that it was safe to stay in the house after the sanitation was complete because they use safe products. However, my throat and lungs are still burning a day later. I don’t know if that is the dust in the air from the duct cleaning, or the products they used, or maybe I am just sensitive. However, I would suggest that you plan to be away and air out your house for at least an hour after these services.

Jacob came out, he was super clean, didnt disturb anything on the inside of my house, he was on time, professional, took a ton of time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. He took pictures while in my attic so we could discuss anything he saw. His follow up was also great, timely and more about how I was doing with any questions on the process than trying to sell me something. If you really want to know whats going on in your attic, this is a good call to make.I chose Pacific Air and Jake set up a schedule of the work to be completed, was available for questions and always got back to me quickly.Isaac came in with his crew after the abatement was completed, which was fast and that team laid down lots of plastic on the floor and inside to keep my house clean and they sealed all the vent registers. Once that was done Isaacs crew showed up right on time, also laid out coverings for my floor and walls to seal off the working area and keep my house clean. They cleaned, sanitized and sealed my attic, then they installed new ducts and blew in the insulation. They were done in a reasonable amount of time, answered all of my questions and were very sweet and respectful. The air coming out of my new ducts is much warmer than the old ones and just in time for our next leg of winter!

I scheduled a dryer duct cleaning, the phone was answered on a Sunday and I received an appointment on my preferred day. Excellent communication ahead of the appointment (confirmation text/email/photo of the technician). Kilmer arrived ahead of schedule (I said I was open all day) and I also received an en route text. He was extremely professional, polite and addressed the job efficiently (including spotless clean up). He assessed that I may have a duct separation issue and now I have a complimentary full duct inspection scheduled for next week.

Always helps to get a couple of inspections !Eilon was not pushy and recommended adding insulation to some parts where it was about 6-8 inches. Additionally, he also suggested adding a fan to prevent overheating. Both of these recommendations were on point and he emailed me a quote within 5 mins of leaving !Overall I felt he was very trustworthy. I’m still deciding whether to get this work done now or wait for a bit, but either way I highly recommend Pacific air given how pleasant it was dealing with this company.

I really appreciated the how professional Jacob and Pacific Air was during the initial visit. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs and was given a 2 hr window. I mentioned it would be ideal to show up at the start of the 2 hr window and sure enough Jacob called me 30 min prior to say hed be there at the very start of the 2 hr window. Jacob quickly assessed not only our immediate need of rodent proofing but pointed out some various spots we were losing heat in our house. He quickly diagnosed the issues, clearly explained our options to handle the various issues and after leaving gave a quote within a few hours at a reasonable price. Highly recommend for anyone that values professionalism and communication.
