Great Customer Service5 years ago Therma-Tech replaced my furnace unit and installed an AC system. They were not the cheapest but reasonable and did an excellent job.Recently the outdoor AC unit was making funny noises so I called them and they came out in a reasonable time. It turned out to be a loose screen, the tech fixed the noise, check the coolant charge and replaced the furnace filter all under the 10 year warranty and at no charge.

Henry and his team are very professional & real experts.They get things done in a timely manner.

First, Therma Tech listened to my issue description and gave me a few tips (replacing the filter and resetting the furnace) on the phone. After a new filter, my furnace was still showing the pressure switch did not close or reopened LED, so I had to get the professionals involved. Henry came to my house, inspected the furnace very thoroughly, and explained to me (I know nothing about the furnance) what was happening. He took apart my furnace, cleaned up all the parts, and then my furnace was fixed!10/10 would recommend

My furnace stopped blowing warm air in our house on a cold day in November. This unfortunately occurred on Saturday evening, and the lows that night were in the 40s. The next morning my house was 60 degrees and we were shivering in the house! I called Therma Tech on Monday morning when they opened and they were able to come out the same day! He spent 15 minutes diagnosing the problem and fixed it right away!Amazing service and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I called thermatech on a Friday and Henry have us an appointment for Saturday. He diagnosed the issue with our AC right away, fixed it in a couple of minutes and for a reasonable price. He also gave us advice for the future on our system and regarding city codes. Overall a quite pleasant experience. Will definitely go to him again if we have any other issues.

I called them over the weekend for argent call, referred by my brother Emil who previously used them and the tech by the name of Henry, showed on time as it was communicated. he was very detailed and checked the unit. Henry explained the issue and what he can do to fix it. He had the needed part in truck and was in and out within 2hrs. Henry was also very professional and appeared very clean.I will defiantly be using them next time and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Highly recommend Therma Tech. Very professional and helpful. I called Henry the night before and he came out early the next day. I had called many other air conditioner repairmen and they wouldnt schedule to come out earlier than one to two weeks from the time of my call. Henry explained how the air conditioner worked to cool a house and then detailed why it wasnt working. He gave me several options to have it repaired and wasnt pushy or trying to upsell me. I really appreciate his friendly professional attitude throughout the time he was working on the air conditioner. He was quick and the cold air was flowing through the house just in time to keep our house cool during the hot weather that was forecast to get hotter. We had a heater and central A/C that were on their last legs and needed replacing. We saw the Therma Tech ad in the Mercury News and called them. Henry (who also lives in Almaden) came out very soon, proposed an overall heater & A/C system which sounded very good, and said that they could install it all the next week. We were extremely pleased with the excellent two installers who arrived by 7am, laid down floor covering to protect the area by the heater closet with a path for us to walk around the work area, and even wore shoe coverings to keep dirt out of our home. They worked straight through, finished the entire installation by 5pm that same day including installing the central A/C unit behind the house (a much better location than where the old A/C unit had been in the entryway near the front door). Finishing by showed us about the heater & A/C units plus how to operate the new thermostat, the entire installation took just the one day. It was overall a very pleasant replacement of our old heater & A/C, and we think that the price was quite good and the salesman and installation technicians were all top notch.

At 6pm tonight (July 3rd) our A/C starts blowing hot instead of cold air! After a quick look on yelp I started calling close-by HVAC companies, Therma Tech was the second one I called (VM on first attempt) and Henry picked up. He was able to come by at 7pm - Im very grateful about that, given that tomorrow is July 4.He took a look at the condenser and concluded it wasnt getting power. I had checked the breaker already before calling anyone, it wasnt tripped. He took a look and noticed the 50A breaker marked oven was tripped.. reset it and the HVAC started up. He did a few more tests and it all seemed to be working fine, cold air again. I asked him if a check is OK for the call out fee. He said, well, i didnt really have to do anything, no charge What a superstar. Im sure he cant do that every time its a simple fix, but I really appreciate it especially on the long weekend. I just found my go-to HVAC company - responsiveness and honesty, exactly what you look for. When I need a new condenser (which is probably soon, giving that it tripped the breaker), Henry will get the job. Now its probably time to review the electrician who put in my 200A panel a few years ago and mislabeled the oven and AC breakers....
