I made an honest mistake and forgot what time my appointment was. She was extremely nasty and rude to me over the phone, telling me i wasted her time when iI made an honest mistakes offered to reschedule and she continued to be rude and said she was booked up completely for the day and the day after. I will never be using her service again and have never been talked to by someone like I did by her. Truly upset with my experience here.

I love Rose! I am someone who struggles with the pain of a Brazilian wax, but Rose always keeps me laughing and my thoughts away from the discomfort. Shes fast, and leaves me feeling clean and beautiful!
