I came all the way from Los Angeles area to San Francisco to book with Ellie at Lu Lu Beauty Bar! My appointment was 08/04/2020. When I tell you I absolutely love Ellie and the work she does, I truly mean it. She was clean, friendly, reasonable, and so very professional right from the start. ALL COVID-19 CDC HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES WERE MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT MY VISIT! That is really important during this time. I love the fact I was the only client in. I highly recommend this business for anyone who struggles with their eyebrows. I have zero eyebrows and when she was finished, the first time I saw them done I literally cried uncontrollably because of how PERFECT and amazing they looked! The artistry looked like true hair strokes. I 100% love my eyebrows! It is so evident how passionate she is about her business and especially in providing excellent customer service. I live in Southern California and will come all the way to San Francisco for years to come!!! I found my eyebrow artist! Thank you Ellie, I really appreciate you! She did my eyeliner really thick and uneven, I had to make another appointment to even it out. When after a second appointment my eyeliner became even thicker but still uneven Id decided to fix it with another master.

I got my eyebrows microbladed and eyeliner tattoos by Ellie. They were both fantastic, and my sister ended up going to Ellie for her eyebrows too! Appointments were professional, clean, and safe during Covid times. Would recommend to all :)

I was waiting with this review until I could be sure of final results. I had Eyebrows Microblading done few weeks ago. I was a little worried, since it is semi permanent tattoo on my face. The result, however, is amazing. It looks incredibly natural, not noticeable for someone who doesn’t know. Ellie was very nice and professional, she answered all my questions and made sure I’m comfortable with everything. The place is clean and quiet. Strongly recommended!

I bought a groupon promotion, I did my appointment but I didn’t like how my eyebrows looks after I did I it. She didn’t make a design before staring the microblading.I trust her because have good reviews. Since that day I hate my eyebrows looks. 😭

I love this place it was my first time coming to get my eyebrows done here and it came out amazing. She is a wonderful artist and know what she is doing. I did powder ombre brows and im glad i did it because i dont have to draw it no more. It looks beautifully done!

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I find the price (over $100 for a haircut/shampoo/blow-dry) to be pretty high, even if its a perfect haircut, and I sadly would not be able to afford it without the Groupon I used. Otherwise I would absolutely come back to have Wes cut my hair every time.I wanted to wait a while before writing my review so I could see how my hair would behave when Im the one styling it (or not, Im pretty minimalist!), and now that its been 3 months, almost time for my next haircut, I have to say I am still just as thrilled with my haircut now as the day I got it done. Wes has great intuition on what will both continue to look great, and vibe with the customers usual style of hair care and styling, which he finds out from you. I had really long hair and decided to cut it to a healthy level, but still long, with some layering. Wes cut made it lighter and the layers encouraged a natural wave, as he said they would, and I love that. Even when I dont feel like blow-drying. ;-)His little dog that is usually with him at the salon is absolutely adorable too!

I havent had a good hair cut in years... it was time again; I wasnt looking forward as I am always disappointed. the good news is that it always grows back. my girlfriend took me to her favorite place and introduced me to Wes. I was skeptical, but he gave me the best haircut! Then I brought my son, he too was very pleased. Wes listens, takes care and pride in what he does.

I found Wes through a bloomspot offer for a keratin treatment, and it is likely the best thing that has ever happened to my hair! I have very difficult hair, mind you. It has a terrible texture and there is TONS of it. Wes is a dream come true. I did a couple keratin treatments with him, and they were the best I have ever had. I do them religiously every 12 weeks and have been searching for someone to go to regularly. I had not found anyone to whom I wanted to return (and its been a long search). After frequenting the salon for a while I decided to work on my color. I have had the same color hair my entire life so it was a frightening prospect. I approached Wes and asked for his opinion which he gave me. I was reluctant and scared to change the color, but I trusted Wes and threw caution to the wind.... I am in love with my color. He did a fantastic job with highlighting and lightening it. I could not be happier. I return every 4 weeks for the roots. He now cuts my hair as well. I spend a tremendous amount of money on my stupid hair - haircuts, color and keratin regularly, so Id better like the person who I pay. I actually love Wes, and I feel transformed! Im hooked.

Wes is simply wonderful. I came in with shoulder-length hair that was curled up at the bottom from and old perm and split ends. I had an idea of what I wanted, but was kind of scattered about it. Wes talked to me for a while in the beginning and helped me come to an idea of where to go next. He spent time and care on the cut and I came out with a haircut that I love, and he actually made my hair look longer after the cut! Ive been getting compliments on it from friends and colleagues- even the children that I teach commented on it! After three years of floating from hair-dresser to Groupons in the Bay, Ive found the hairdresser Im sticking with!

Decided to let wes take me from long to short and lopped off about 6 inches. He gave me a great contemporary cut and listened to my concerns before we did the deed. We has very sweet, the salon was clean and pretty, his dog was adorbs. I totally plan to go back to this convenient spot.

My co-worker got a beautiful new look and recommend it, i gave it a shot a while ago and wow this dude know what he is doing, cleaned and lined up perfectly he also show me some treks to keep my hair healthy, very nice friendly attitude, definitely will go there again and again and again
