I just moved to SF from Chicago and was looking for a new nail salon. I get dip every few weeks and an occasional pedicure. I am so happy I found this salon and Gina. She does such a good job. The other ladies are very nice and the salon is cute and clean.

Gina did a wonderful job with my gel manicure and suggested a design that turned out to be perfect! I will definitely be coming back for her skill, friendly service and efficient work!

Rude, rough, limited colors--and theyll walk away in the middle of a mani.I tried hard to like Rendez-Vous Nails since theyre conveniently located, but today was the final straw. About halfway through my mani, the woman left me and started adding polish to a newcomers nails. When asked, the manicurist said the other woman had come before me, although she clearly had not. She left me sitting there while she completed the other woman, then she finished mine. I have frequently had long waits for a manicurist, but this was a first!In addition, Ive had trouble finding reasonable colors on my last several visits. They have a limited selection of colors, which is further disguised by leaving empty bottles on the shelf. The colors they do have are out of date: I wonder if they only buy closeouts to get them cheaper.Most of the manicurists are often quite rough, nicking cuticles and fingertips. I dont know where the five-star reviews come from: perhaps thats how you get them to leave other customers to attend to you.
