Let me share how wonderful of an experience Green Dentistry is, as soon as you walk in you are greeted at the door. Then a safety protocol is done (Covid 19) temp check, hand sanitizer and a spray (alcohol and water to kill any germs on your clothing). Once you’re seated you are offered a comfort menu where you can choose a warm neck wrap, tea, smoothie, aromatherapy and many more options to ensure your comfort. The entire staff is amazing as well as Dr. Patel. I needed a deep cleaning (it had been a few years in between dental visits, it happens) Dr. Patel assured me it would be painless and efficient. And that it was I left feeling amazing, my teeth were so smooth. I loved the whole experience.

I had a consultation with this dentist, and I found her a bit scary and intense. As everyone has mentioned, she is very sales-y, which you dont want when talking about your health.She also claimed that she had over 100 people from my area who come to her, and I highly doubt that as I live in an extremely rural area. Sales-y healthcare providers are always a big red flag, and I did not go back. I got the feeling more of a car dealership than a trustworthy medical establishment.

Hold up! You can stop your search now as Ive done the extensive (2 months) research for you. From reviewing the comprehensive website, to the first phone call and visit, to the follow-up emails and calls to check on me - all of it has surpassed my expectations! Dr. Patel and her staff (Christy, Savannah, Jessica, Micah) are amazing and am glad I found them! I had fallen out of care due to dental phobia, previous clinics lack of customer service and other issues, but Dr. Patel was awesome at alleviating my issues/concerns and to overcome past experiences; she has a way about her that is so calming and is what I need. The clinic is like a spa and even offer a comfort menu that includes entertainment options (movies, music & noise canceling headphones), clinical items (warm/cold neck wrap, aromatherapy, essential oils, crystals, hot face towel, etc.) and beverages (smoothies, immune boosting Doterra, chai tea, etc.). Other cool factors include Dr. Patel being an author (her book is in my reading queue) and lecturer, and has philanthropic efforts tied to patient engagement like regular donations to non-profits and planting trees in the rainforest for each new patient (I jokingly requested a Douglas fir, the Hawaiian Xmas tree). Ive been there twice so far and am so impressed with every interaction, the technology employed and the outcome of the work done so far (not as painful as I had remembered). And even if they didnt have all the cool features, its really how they treat me and the quality of their work that will keep me engaged in my dental care, for sure, this time!

I have trusted Dr. Patel and her team at Green Dentistry since 2009. The first thing that impressed me about Dr. Patel was that she really took the time to educate me about my teeth and dental hygiene. They have state of the art modern equipment and can show you digital pictures of the inside of your mouth to help show you exactly whats going on. I will probably need a crown at some point, and they have an in house crown making machine so you are in and out in one day. The staff is always very kind, caring, patient, and of course the practice is environmentally aware. Currently I am out of work without dental insurance, and they have been very generous to offer me a free cleaning because they want me to keep up my dental care. I have been to other dentists, and I have never been shown such concern and dedication to my oral health as Dr. Patel and her staff at Green Dentistry. Thank You!!!

Why book an appointment if you don’t bother showing up?Found this place on Yelp and read through the website to find out more information. I was impressed and decided to call.Booked a consultation with one of the office staff and was asked to email with questions so the doctor can prepare before seeing me.The call was very sales-y and overly pushy.Booked a visit on 2/1 to see the doctor on 2/10 (earliest visit available was 9 days away) and no one replied to my email, sent any confirmation or reached out by phone, like they said the would.30 minutes before the appointment I even sent another email asking what is going on but no one replied.I called at the time of my appointment and was given the worst excuse of “we had a scheduling conflict”. No heads up, no courtesy call, no email.Simply replying to my email from 9 days ago would have been fine.My email also stated the date & time we booked over the phone so that was clearly a lie.I wouldn’t trust a dentist that doesn’t show up to their appointments.

During this Covid collapse, it’s very important to be conscious about everything you do and everywhere you go.Green Dentistry is an amazing example of how businesses can safely operate during these unstable times. I have been their client for the last 5 months, so I’ve loved them even before the lockdown.Today I had an emergency appointment because I had to get a check up after getting my Invisalign and Green Dentistry’s professionalism and care was absolutely outstanding. The appointment started out as taking all of the necessary precautions: hand sanitizer the moment I walked in, temperature measurement, alcohol spraying and they even disinfected my phone! Several times they asked about how necessary is it to have this appointment and how likely was I to have been exposed to someone with Covid. This shows how concerned they are about the patients and how seriously they are taking all of the measures.Dr. Patel has been very compassionate and her procedures are always executed with care. If you have ever been afraid of going to the Dentists office-you will get rid of that fear once and for all. I am so grateful to have found Green Dentistry (even though the initial reason I went there was because it was close to my home) but I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy coming there every time. Did I mention that they give out goody bags??? I’ve been seeing Dr. Patel for a little over 2 years and I absolutely adore her. She genuinely cares about my holistic health and of course my dental health. I also love that she makes an effort to give back to others through her foundation! Highly recommend!

I’ve tried many different dentists and Dr. Patel has consistently provided the best treatment and service. I have issues with periodontal disease and have felt a lot of judgement from other dentists, but Dr. Patel never makes me feel bad. She is kind but firm in her treatment and recommendations, and genuinely cares about helping me get my teeth and gums to a much healthier state. Dr. Patel did a deep cleaning with laser on me recently and it was the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever received. I always feel so taken care of and soothed when I visit Green Dentistry. Highly recommended, especially for anyone who has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist!

Since moving to the Bay Area, I postponed visiting a dentist. After spending hours reading reviews I called Green Dentistry and booked an appointment. I am definitely glad I did! They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease! I appreciate the time they took explaining what they were doing. They stopped to ask me if I had any questions throughout the process and were incredibly patient throughout my visit. I am happy to say I found my new dentist’s office!

Dr Patel is one of the best dentist I’ve ever seen very caring. I was afraid of dentist but she made me feel calm and really special. She takes it personal to make sure I have the best care. I have officially left my old dentist and now traveling to see her. I’m a cancer patient and you should see a dentist that care about your overall health and just your teeth. The staff was amazing and friendly Christine understood I needed help and worked with me. So much appreciated.

I highly recommend Green Dentistry. Other dentists try to up sell you or pressure you into treatments you don’t need. The staff, environment and experience was top notch and really relaxing for a dentist’s office. They really care about you and don’t lecture you about flossing - ha! I really enjoyed the experience because they made you feel relaxed and taken care of in their office. Dr. Patel is so caring and just an amazing dentist and person.

It’s never easy seeing a dentist and getting mouth work done but the doctor and staff made me feel supported. Update : continues care. EbonyIs amazing I’ve had many dentists willing to work with how little my jaw can open but I’ve never met a dentist who has tried to correct the problem before! Dr. Patel is very friendly, I went for a oral device and Vivos took all the TMJ pain, no pain doesn’t pop can open check bones are semetrical love the girl

I feel I’ve been looking for Dr Patel forever. It is tough to find a good holistic doctor. Even harder to find a holistic dentist. Dr Patel has the best bedside manner, the newest technology to help run her practice, she has a holistic approach to treating her patients and (if you’re geeky like me) she can go deep into why things happen and how we can reverse some of the damages that we might’ve thought was impossible to reverse. I am definitely coming back to see her and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Patel and her team have been great to work. I felt that every recommendation was backed by facts and I loved that I had green options to choose from. Also I had seen a conventional dentist for my son who told me he had cavities but Dr. Patel took a look and in fact confirmed they were stains. I fully trust her expert opinion and finally feel that I found a dentist I can trust.

I had a complex condition of a cavity in my back tooth, but inability to open my mouth wide enough due to chronic TMJ. Dr. Patel, fit me for an oral appliance & was able to fix my cavity and treat some tooth discoloring on the side. I didn’t have any discomfort & it was an excellent experience! I was glad she could make the crown in house so there was no need for a temporary or a long wait for the crown to be made. It was all in 1 appointment! Great office atmosphere, very spa-like! I highly recommend Green Dentistry! Great

Dr. Patel and her team made me so comfortable on my first visit today! Due to being in school full time with no time to visit the dentist, its obvious my mouth needed some TLC. Never once did I feel judged with the amount of work I need done - and the entire process was pretty much pain free! I am pretty sad to be finding this office right before I move out of the Bay Area, but am so happy I had a chance to meet all of these lovely ladies. I cant recommend this place enough - thank you for getting me back on track! :)

Its been a while that I have seen a dentist. I relocated back to SF and i read some amazing reviews so i had to take it upon my self to check this place out.. wow!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted like royalty, Blanca was so informative eased my anxieties and gave me a tour of the office. Even offered me a comfort menu. Nicole cleaned my teeth and I wont be seeing any one other then her going forward. There was questions I had financially and Cristine was amazing. Dr.patel and all her staff are truly a gem in SF. Highly recommend!!!
