I had to have a root canal. From beginning to end, from the receptionist to the dentists chair, I felt taken exceptionally care of.Dr. Q excels at explaining whats going on with my teeth and the procedure that will take place. Dr. Quach and Dr. Chen are very knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest in dental care and technology.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Quach and Dr. Chen for over 15 years! No one ever believes me when I tell them that they open on the weekends. They are the experts in everything. My kids are off to college and they don’t want to see anyone else besides these doctors. Thank you so much!!!

I got my wisdom teeth removed and it was the most efficient and quick painless procedure I could have had. Dr Quach was a magician! I did not get put under, and walked away feeling fine with ibuprofen. The procedure only took 30 min. It made sense I paid what I did, which is higher than I expected, but the skill lever was supreme.

Never had any problems moving appointments due to work. Staff very friendly and courteous.

I got immediate help with an extremely painful root canal ON A SUNDAY MORNING almost 10 years ago. Since then I have been a patient of Dr. Chens - she and her husband are the best dentists I have ever had! 10 star rating!!!!

Unethical practice, concern with how much he can make off you rather than your dental well-being. I kept telling him tooth A hurt, but he wanted to pull a good filling from a healthy tooth B. The reason is that the dentist said so. Im tired of and too old to put up with someone like dentist Quach who thinks he is God and can dictate to me. The caveat with Quach is dont let him sell you anything unnecessary and improper because he is concerned mainly with making the most money out of his clients....then their dental health! BTW, check out this places review on Yelp, youll find people with similar bad experiences!

Been going to Dental Health of SF since 09. Dr. Chen is awesome, and the times where Dr. Quach saw me also have been great. Very personable staff that makes you feel comfortable.

I wont come back to this office anymore for sure.

I refused to go to see other dentist, so my husband had to get an insurance that work with Dental Health of San Francisco. We all love the people that work there!

They charge much higher than others

I went to Dental Health Dental Clinic at 10:30 on July 7th. The person at the front desk told me that I need to wait a while. I said I would wait a while at the clinic. The person at the front desk said that it is during the epidemic that I cant wait here and asked me to go outside. Wait, someone will call me after a while. I went out and waited for 2 hours and no one called me, so I called the clinic, and no one answered the phone, so I went to the clinic and went to see the door It was locked, and I said it was off work at noon. I thought it might be that the doctor went to eat at noon and waited. After another hour and a half, no one called me. I left when I had other business. Havent called me up to now, just treat the patient like this? Let me waste more than 3 hours in vain. You may not miss a patient, but this is a very irresponsible attitude. Details determine success or failure. Today is not a patient, tomorrow is not a patient. To close the door.
