Frauds...I cannot even begin to think how this people are allowed to take advantage of humble people. I requested a file because they failed to do a simple change of address for us. Three times they told me they were ready to pick them up and every time they came up with a lame excuse to not have them. First time they said they didnt keep physical folder at that office so they told them to give them some time to find them...MONTHS later, I call them and they claimed they were ready...I go pick them up and they claimed no one called me that they didnt have any requests for my case... I called them yet again yesterday and once again they told me to go today... when I arrive Mr. Leo Lacayo tells me to come back tomorrow cause who ever has the key isnt there anymore. I asked him nicely to have them ready cause it seems like a joke and that I cannot be wasting my time and if they dont have the files they should just let me know, and he dares to tell me in front of another client that he could take 30 days 60 days or not give them to me at all if he doesnt want to. This people are a joke they only take peoples money with no remorse. They do not care for their clients and I dont understand how they can be in business.

Leo Lacayo is a FRAUD!!! He swindled his way into our case with false promises and was always hiding important information from us. I started a petition for my husband in 2012 and finally in 2015 decided to withdraw because everything just ceased in 2014. Every time we went to ask about how things were all we were told is to be patient. Then when I asked to give all my documents back, it took 3 MONTHS to get it back!!! I had to call Consumer Protection from the District Attorneys office to help get my file back. And even my case worker was surprised when different stories were being told from him and his associates. Paid him almost $4000 for the waiver which was never done because after receiving my documents, found a letter saying it was best to wait for a deferred action or amnesty because of his case. WE WERE NEVER TOLD THIS!!! Lies, secrets and a total phony is what Leo Lacayo is. He sweet talks to you like he cares when in actuality all he wants is the money.AVOID HIM!!!! ES UN MENTIROSO!!! ESTAFA LA GENTE!!!!**Update 5/4/2016**After saving up enough money that we lost giving it to this bafoon, we finally went to a legit lawyer who actually works in a courtroom. Come to find out, my husband doesnt even qualify for residency and this whole time, Leo knew this! He only took our money and let the case drag on until the day came that my husband had to be deported. Oh, but he doesnt care because hes a die-hard republican. How can you be republican and help illegals fix their status? Dont believe me? The truth is very bad, I started a visa case or three years ago and to date they did not solve anything, I call them to find out about my case and they pass from one person to another, then they ask me for a phone number why they are going to look for my file to find out about the case and the call is back and they never call me
