They only reason I come to this Block advisors is because of Jacqueline Bishop she is so nice and sweet and fast lover her attitude i highly recommended her.

My tax guy was GREAT

Wow, just wow. If you’re trying to get anything related to taxes done here, avoid Ahn Nguyen at all costs. My boyfriend had a phone appointment scheduled that she was 10 minutes late to, which ordinarily is no problem at all except she clearly was doing anything she could to get my boyfriend off the phone immediately. First she accused him repeatedly of uploading the documents wrong in the portal, which he hadn’t - she ended up poorly cupping the phone to ask a colleague for help who pointed out to her (confirming we hadn’t done anything wrong!) that she was trying to pull the documents incorrectly - then he asked her if she was coming to lunch with him and she rudely sighed and said ugh just give me 15 minutes ughhh and returned to the phone call with my boyfriend, unaware that we’d heard the whole exchange... she then proceeded to not even try and hide her annoyance for every question we asked, getting more and more aggressive as the call went on. My bf asked if he should file and amended return and she brusquely replied with “well if you want to, how should I know, I didn’t file your original return” - he also asked why H&R Block is attempting to collect federal tax for a random tax year from a few years ago, she said “I don’t know, I just hope you paid it!!!” And when he asked again for clarification she just doubled down on “well I hope you paid it if you owe it, is that all?” At that point my bf was done trying to get any real help from her, so he agreed to end the call. Basically, we barely got answers to any of our questions and my bf was treated as a nuisance by someone who preferred to just go to lunch and not do her job. No thanks, H&R Block, 0/10
