The kind woman who answered the phone saw me immediately with no appointment. She really cared for the work she did and made an effort to provide excellent customer service. We finished the work in 25 min.

I made an appointment for 12pm with Elena and she did not start my appointment until almost 40 minutes after and I had said something about the wait and she was not very communicative with the receptionist when I asked how much longer the wait will be because I did not want risk being late to work. The issue seemed to be her time management. She managed to make sure there will not be a next time.
