Led by a well trained tour guide who was informative and funny! We had a blast! Zipping through the streets of North Beach on our Segways taking in the sights and history. Stopped in Washington Square for a break and some lunch. Then down to the waterfront where the views were amazing. They have other tours of other parts of the city that we hope to do someday. So much fun!

Our family of 5 rented Segways from Charlie for two hours. It was a great experience, and exactly what we were looking for. We guided ourselves through Golden Gate Park which allowed us to see far more than a guided tour would have (at less cost). The 10 minute instructions on how to ride them were all we needed to be on our way and feeling comfortable. Its amazing how easy these are to ride! Windbreakers, gloves, and helmets were all included. Overall it met our expectations with flying colours!

We rented segways from Segway SF Bay on Balboa street in August 2021 for our anniversary. The company was very accommodating and allowed us to add an hour to our rental time because we were having so much fun and didn’t want to come back. They were helpful in making sure we knew how to ride the segways, gave us advice on safety, and had us practice. They also had a large map of Golden Gate Park and told us where the interesting sites were to check out. I would suggest that you make sure you allow extra time to find a parking space in the local residential areas. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this company and using a Segway to tour Golden Gate Park.

Had a good time, instuctions handled good didnt leave until we were confident with machines. A little sore the next day but worth it.

What a great way to see San Francisco. The most memorable 3 hours my family spent in San Francisco was on our Segways touring the city. We visited the entire Presido, Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard street and yes we rode our Segway down Lombard street and then back to the shop. Im recommending all my friends and family try this Segway tour! If youre in San Francisco dont be intimidated Segways are the best way to get around.

I called and booked a Segway tour with Charlie for my sisters and I. Charlie was really kind and taught us how to use the Segway. Then he took us through golden gate park and to lands end. He was very friendly. He even took pics and videos of us which were amazing. Highly recommend.

The service was outstanding. He was so sweet and took the time to teach us and make sure we had an idea of where we were going. Kind hearted I would definitely come back to this shop. I actually plan on coming back in the summer.

Highly recommend checking this place out if your in San Francisco, prices are very reasonable and my kids age 12 and 14 had a awesome time as well as me and my hubby did too. Definitely will be back to make memories again👍

We just had the best team building event with Segway SF Bay today. Most of our group members are new to Segway. Charlie did a great job explaining how the Segway works. He then led the group on a fun ride around Golden Gate Park. We passed by bisons, lakes, windmill, beach, and had a great view of the golden gate bridge. The tour is very scenic and filled with laughter.Two additional things to call out:We booked an earlier date and had to reschedule on the date of the event due to bad air condition. Charlie was very nice to accommodate the last minute change of plan.The price is the best I found.

This place is AWESOME! They give free training when you rent and rent to you for the full time you are paying for! They show you where to go on a map and for the most part offer self-guided tours. You can arrange a guided tour, but their instruction is great and you see more that you would on a regular guided tour.

The experience was very fun, great service and we enjoyed visiting Presidio with our Segways!

Finally a place that allowed our 11 year old son to ride. Crazy, he is more skilled and capable than his parents as he rides his hover board all the time, and yet all other rentals require one to be older. Anyway, this is a great place to pick up a Segway. We saw much of Golden Gate park, rode along the ocean to many viewing spots of the Golden Gate bridge, had a meal at a local restaurant, and also traveled through some nice neighborhoods and shopping areas. You can go anywhere. We had ridden Segways in another town and the ones at this shop were much easier to control. Very easy to get around quickly and see lots of things.

Great experience. Super nice people who explained how to operate and made sure you could before you left. Such a better deal than the Segway outfits in the park. Highly recommend.

We rented 6 segways for 1.5 hours last minute and had SO much fun! The staff members were very nice, fun, and helpful. They even gave out parkas, which ended up being useful because it was crazy windy outside! Would definitely recommend this business to anyone who likes to explore without a tour guide!

So much fun riding freely thru golden gate park. My family of 4 canvassed the whole park east end to west end easily in 2.5hrs. and still had time to stop for coffee. Planning on bringing my visiting friends to do this. What a blast!

My family and I had a blast renting seaways from Golden Gate Park Segway Rentals. The staff was very friendly and informative. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. I would definitely come back and rent segways from here again. For any one interested in renting segways, I would 10/10 recommend renting from Golden Gate Park Segway Rentals.

Staff was so helpful. Our first time riding and he made sure we were comfortable, teaching us all of the tricks. We drove around Golden Gate Park for 2.5 hours and had a blast!

My friend and I did our first segway rental last year and we enjoyed the hell out of it. We rented our segways for close to 3hours and got to enjoy all of Golden Gate Park and a bit west near the beach and back. They not only gave us a great lil tutorial session with the segway but they also provided us with helmets, jackets, and gloves to say warm in the weather.Highly recommend taking the tour and/or renting with these guys for a great joyride on the segways. You wont regret it! Itll be the most fun youve had every time you do it!

Great way to sightsee San Francisco! The workers made my family feel very comfortable and at ease while giving us a lesson. My family and I traveled around Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach, Sutro Baths, Lands End, Legion of Honor, and the mansions on El Camino del Mar. They provided jackets and gloves to keep us warm. Definitely will come back and do it again!
