This team is among the most knowledgeable, fair and an excellent people in SF. Not an easy job, they do amazing work.
If you rent from this company, I hope nothing breaks in your unit because itll take them at least a month to fix it, if you bug them every day.
This company took over management of our residence almost two years ago and its been the worst experience to say the least, if you are looking at this company...read the reviews, those reviews are true...its really that bad!A combination of ignorance, ineptitude, lack of customer service, no response. They dont even answer the phone (I think because they are ashamed to even work there) Jessica Rada who is supposed to be the facilities manager is no help at all, and they even have another one that is worse...Tina Lemon who is pure trash! How can these people still have a job its out of my comprehension. I think it all starts at the top!
Im embarrassed that I didnt notice all of their 1 star reviews before choosing to work with Bay Property Group - I wish I could turn back the clock and make a different choice! It wouldve saved me a lot of headaches.
Devon Wong is extremely difficult to get ahold of after signing a lease. Maintenance requests arent fulfilled until rent is withheld. Recently unable to reach anyone for an after hour emergency in one of their units.
