Clean, friendly. Efficient and worthwhile. The beer place to get a nonsense basic mani / pedi at an affordable price. You won’t be pampered or fussed over. But you will feel that you got the basics.

Lovely, relaxing place indeed. They do try to do their best and giving each customer the best experience. They even serve hot yummy tea and a piece of cake! 😱 My underarms waxing was pretty much the best I’ve got. The nails...well...they have TONS of nice colors...but I had my nails done better. Some of the edges of my gel manicure are not very clean: too tick and as soon as my nails will grow even a little, my nails will start pulling my hair. If you have been doing gel manicures for a while, you know what I’m talking about: when the edges are too tick, they stick up. I attached a picture of one example.

I travel for a living so I get my nails done everywhere, and Rosy Heels is by far my favorite yet. It’s a very cozy and calming atmosphere. They give you the perfect little slice of cake and tea and make sure you’re comfortable and fully taken care of. After making my nails look amazing, they do a hot towel and rub your hands. I left these ladies feeling so relaxed and happy. They are very loving and it shows in their work.

Adorable little nail spa. The ladies are genuinely sweet and hugging regular customers and stuff. They are hard-working and happy, and seem to care about their craft. Wish I had a little place like this in San Diego. Quiet. No music. No fuss. Oddly, no nail polish fumes either. Makes me happy to give them my money. 😊

I had such a lovely experience here. The nail techs are sweet and give you time to eat and drink the tea and cake they serve you before working on your nails. Value is great for services here. Nice little SOMA gem, especially when they aren’t busy.

Super sweet ladies, very relaxed atmosphere, and service comes with complementary tea and cake (usually pound cake, but today was a slice of chocolate, so theres evidently some variety). Theyre quick but without making you feel rushed. Reservations are recommended, but you can occasionally get lucky with a walk-in slot

Amazing service! Ive been coming here for two years now, after a friend brought me when I told her the nail place I was going before messed up on my acrylic nails so I decided to try out Rosy Heels and it was just amazing! I walked in and was greeted with a warm smile and they sat me down and brought me a slice of amazing red velvet cake with a cup of green tea and a hot lavender pad for my shoulders. Then they fixed my nail problem and once they were done it looked like they were my own nails! It was amazing if I could give 100 stars I would!

Sadly I booked an appointment and was on time but was kept waiting beyond fifteen minutes so I had to walk out..

Love this place. Services are fairly basic (ive never seen them do nail art or anything) but their gel manicures last longer than anywhere else Ive been. The staff are very sweet and give you tea and cake and a hot neck pillow in winter. Make sure to book an appointment !

Great service and cheap prices my first time with the exception of some corners missed but the second time i went they stopped taking customers 45 minutes before closing! Absolutely ridiculous! They werent even busy! They had 2 customers and could have easily taken us

Ive been a regular for about 4 years now. Rose petals in the pedi water, aromatherapy shoulder wraps and tea and cake with every service, its seriously relaxing. The three women that work here are all so sweet and welcoming I highly recommend!

She was great and thoughtful by giving me a range of colors she thought I might like better—-and she was right and I like another color way better! I got a pedicure and it looks and feels really nice!

I was having the worst day and was so sick. I like to get manicures to help relax. My experience was like walking into an oasis! The chairs are so comfy. My pedicure was delicious with the most amazing foot massage. My manicure was perfection. They gave me hot tea with cake and a heated neck pillow...I cant explain how luxurious a simple mani/pedi felt! They turned my frown upside down. Go here! You wont regret it :)

I was visiting from out of town and needed to get a quick gel mani/pedi before meeting with friends and my hotel concierge recommended this wonderful place! Im so happy they did because the service was just as amazing as the kind courteous staff! From the moment you walk in you feel like your getting a mani/pedi in the comfort of your own home! The staff greets you with a warm cup of tea and a decadent slice of chocolate cake followed with a warm towel that immediately puts you in a tranquil mode! I love this place and if Im ever back in town Ill definitely be coming back!

This may be my new go to for affordable salon services! Im torn about sharing how awesome the service was because Id hate for it to get crowded, but the ladies at Rosy Heels deserve the recognition. First of all, I cant believe I was able to walk in without an appointment and get a gel mani and pedicure. Five more people walked in around 3pm and they had a longer wait than I did since there were only 4 women on staff. Dont be disappointed if you dont see the typical massage chairs -- they use overstuffed leather armchairs instead. Plus, Rosy Heels is super clean--the floor was relatively spotless--and doesnt reek of chemicals. Once you sit down, theyll bring you a slice of red velvet cake and green tea and place a heated lavender buckwheat pillow around your shoulders. There are power strips to plug and charge your phone into. The ladies are very friendly and cheerful. They offered me water over the two hours I was there. After my mani pedi, I decided to add a facial wax and appreciated how clean and professional that part of the salon was as well. Im quite satisfied with the service I got for the price I paid.

If only they had nail salons like this in NY! I loved everything about Rosy Heels.I came by late on a Tuesday night, thankful they were still open and near to my Airbnb. The experience wowed me from start-to-finish, and I only wish I could come here for all my mani/pedis!First off, the ambiance: Its calm, quiet and relaxing. There are no TVs or radios blasting, just soft music playing in the background and the sound of water trickling down from a little fountain.Next, the mani/pedi: They sat me down on big barcalounger and I got to stay there the entire duration of my stay! No shuffling from pedi station to mani station to drying station - they brought it all to me! For the pedi, they started by soaking my feet in a warm foot bath full of rose petals. While I waited, they brought me a magazine, plus a cup of hot tea and a slice of cheesecake. I was ready to give them 5 stars even before my mani/pedi started.My girl did a fantastic job on me and I absolutely love the color. The mani lasted about 1.5 weeks before chipping (which is much longer than the 5 days Im used to) and the pedi is still going strong.Oh and to top things off, they let me hop next door to grab cash without leaving any collateral, (even though I offered!). Very trusting!It was more expensive than Im used to (no basic mani/pedi combo deals avail), but completely worth it. I cant wait to go back next time Im in SF!
