This was my first visit ever, to them and they were so nice! I didnt have an appointment but I have plenty of patients. The lady who did the work really has a steady hand and I am very happy with how it turned out!

I called @ 11 o’clock and asked if they do appointments . They said NO . So I went in with my aunt to get 2 full sets done . When I get there 30 min pass by and someone came in and said they had an “appointment “ the workers didnt look at no book didn’t ask for no name and took her right away .. then 1 hour and 30 min pass by after I was told it was going to be a SMALL WAIT then the NEXT APPOINTMENT comes in same thing no book was looked at and no name was asked for ... 3 hours into waiting everyone goes on their lunch at the same time and no one was let know. FINALLY when 1 of us get seated they said my aunt couldn’t get seated until they took 1-2 more appointments in front of her .... not organized at all DO NOT walk in

Absolutely love this place. I can say I have had some of my best nail looks achieved by their team. The rhinestones they glued on my last full set never came off until it was time to change the style- they looked PERFECT for 3 weeks. Their skill is unmatched and they truly achieve Instagram and Pinterest - level nails.That said— with the popularity comes very long lines. Be ready for a long wait, because they are so insanely busy; bring a book, have a few podcasts ready, bring a sandwich... I went there twice around 5:30 PM, and was not out until 8:00 PM. :( The person who referred me to this place even mentioned she went there once on a Saturday at opening time (9:00 AM), and was not done until noon. Youve been warned!Also- they are booked for appointments months in advance, so I always walk in... which again means long waits.Still love them and cant wait to see what they do next with my nails.

First time here and first time getting acrylics and they did SUCH an amazing job. Im.obsessed

WORST BRAZILIAN WAXING EVERIve been waxing at this place for over 2 years. Tbh I dont know what happened.The lady wouldnt even wear gloves, HER nails were too long, so of course w/o gloves and the sticky wax, she ended up making me bleed and I had to leave w wax on me.I get it we are trying to build the business up again, but the very minimum hygiene is expected. I WAS CHARGED IN FULL REGARDLESS OF THE HORRIBLE PAIN.Now here I am trying to look for another waxing service AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO REMOVE THE FREAKING WAX.NEVER EVER COMING BACK, WONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Waited 5 hours for a set that cost three times more than it shouldve. The power went out for an hour and a half and they had to share one camplight, save your time and money and do not go here!

While the color came out really beautiful, my nails didn’t even last a full week. I did them last Thursday for my vacation and it’s Wednesday now and my nails are peeling. I got the non acrylic nails that were supposed to be gel for my hands and usually they last until my nails grow out but these did not. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

The male technician treated my fingers roughly. Like, he was punishing me. Never will go there again.

2nd time for me and I am amazed of the talent that Andy has in creating beautiful nails to where the customers are glowing with full satisfaction. Last week he put a few charms on my ring fingers! I was very impressed of his professional services. And his other manicurists Sally, Ryan and all are so wonderful. Love the pedicure treatment that Sally did for me. ZERO STARS if that was an option. I came her with a friend for one I couldn’t even get my nails dried there was a roach crawling on the dryer. For two they did my nails shape was off color was off when I asked for a fix, for one they argued about how my color was right when I’ve gotten this exact same color before and there were no problems it was white. Then he told me no go to the other shop I said okay take these off and give me my money back and he said no. Therefore I called the police.

Love this place. Quick and beautiful service. One thing is: please stop talking to your customers from across the room.

Loved my 2 experiences here. Unfortunately my third visit it was HORRIBLE! I had gone for a Fill and was helped by this gentle guy. The guy made a mistake when adding the light for the Matt color I had wanted. Andy Transferred me over to Donna and since my nails were all messed up and smudged I had told Donna that my nail color would have to be retouched in fact redone. Donna said she would fix and when I took a look at the job she had done I told her Donna the color is faded and Donna said she didn’t see anything with attitude which that’s not what you tell the customer. when she was getting frustrated at the fact that I was pointing out where it was fated, Andy yelled “What do you want” in a very unprofessional and disrespectful tone. I told Andy what do I want? I’d like my nail to be fixed. Donna said “you are so picky” and I responded to Donna it’s not about being picky it’s about spending money at a place that is supposed to do a good job Donna and Andy started arguing in their language and Donna got up upset and made it look she was upset. I will not come back to this place they are very rude And unprofessional it’s too bad because they do great nail shape and design but it’s not worth me coming to have a bad experience. I highly recommended this place but after my last experience I Tell People not to Come here because they don’t know how to act professional and or treat their customers!

I waited 2 hours and the nail tech made my nails longer and when I asked for them to be cut he said they’d be shorter after filing. Guess what they’re still long.

I was recommended this place by a friend. Came at 545pm and they close at 7. They told me no acrylic nail service and to leave. Still had people waiting. How rude and unprofessional . I will gladly give my money to another business that appreciates it.

Its either a Hit or a miss here... been here 3 times.. first time I left discouraged because the nail polish wasnt covering the whole nail but I decided to try again a second time with Andy and they turned out really nice. Got them done again with another person a third time and theyre bulky and the nail polish isnt even covering the whole nail.. Its embarrassing to even show them..time to find a new place.

This makes me sad to write a bad review but Ive been standing outside in the rain for my appointment and the shop is closed. I booked an appointment months ago and it just happen to be on Easter. The lady assured me that they would be open and it wasnt a problem. Ive now come all the way here and they are closed as expected. This review isnt about Andy since he does amazing work but more so about his unprofessional staff. Id still like to set up another appointment so hopefully someone responds to this

Dont ever go here the service is poor. No customer service. Ive waited almost 2 hours for a full set. Im going to take my business else where. They dont deserve one star!

This was by far thee worst nail service I’ve ever recieved in my 12 years of getting my nails done! After waiting about an hour i was put in a chair to take the gel off both my feet and hands. I TOLD THEM AS I SAT DOWN THAT I HAVE 3 ACRYLIC NAILS AND THAT I WANT TO ‘KEEP’ THE LENGTH. As the lady was midway through finishing up my feet I told her that my fingers were starting to burn because of the alcohol. She called over a guy to START my nails (he forgot) he started to scrap my nails very hard as if he was irritated which made him rip a layer of my nail off! I requested for them to sand it down instead of scrapping it and he still proceeded to scrap! Finally he switched over after I made another request for him to sand down my nails instead. While sanding down my nails he started to talk to the lady doing my feet and carelessly CHIPPED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAIL WITH THE SANDER! Mind you I just said I want to keep my length! When I confronted him about him chipping my nail he just stared at me...I asked for someone else to finish the job and the manager came over with an attitude asking me what I want. I told him I just want a gel manicure and to keep my length. He said “you have acrylic, you never say anything”, LIES!... It was the first thing I said as I mentioned in the begging of this testimony and me having a few acrylic nails shouldn’t be an issue. It never has been and I’ve gotten the same thing done at other nail salons. Seeing how the MANAGER treated me as a customer only confirmed as to why his employees have no respect or customer service. This is not a bitter rant! THIS IS A WARNING ⚠️ I would NEVER SUPPORT/SUGGEST this establishment everrr...1st and last time! I called a Lyft and went to AKUA nail shop and without any problems the lady there was able to fix my manicure within 35minutes! LOOK AT GOD! Never go with your second instinct when getting your nails done, it’s always a set up!

Let me start by saying that Andy does AMAZING work! His staff also puts a lot of work into the quality of your nails. I pay attention to small details and they do a good job of that as well. This rating is due to their pricing system. I usually know what I want done to my nails before I come in drawing inspiration for photos or the shops published work. I wanted chrome nails on 4 (2 on each hand) of my fingers which I clearly stated when asked what I wanted. The nail tech said it would be $8. So when she starts painting them she only did 1. I told her I wanted my thumbs as well. She said that would be extra because she only charge me for 2 nails. So TWO nails cost $8 for chrome. She said if I wanted the other two done it would be $4 more dollars. 🤔 $12 for 4 nails? So then I asked how much would it be if I got my whole hand and she said $15. ??? At no point in time does that makes sense. It should be $1.50 a nail if thats the case. But she had already painted it and I wanted it so I let it be. Originally when I was asked what I wanted I showed a picture from Andys IG but he told me he couldnt do the design because I had regular polish and the design could only be done with gel nails. 90% of the design was just hand drawn or appliqué work. So instead, I just had one hand drawn design on each of my index fingers. And my nails look great! I just feel like, that whole price break down was nonsense and the not being able to do the design on regular polish thing was bogus. But you can decide for yourself. Once again, my nails look great, theyre just not what I wanted. Oh, and I still tipped!
