First of all, I had an appointment at 5:30pm. I was on time. Their chairs were full. I was told to pick a color and I did. They put me in a chair and there I was until 6:20pm. Finally the services began 50 minutes late. One hour later, services were completed. What? It was so obvious he was in a hurry. My color is uneven and lumpy. My toenails were not filed because they are snagging on my blanket. I did not get a proper foot or hand massage. Very bad quality and service. The sign says $70 but they charged me $75. No apology for the wait at all. And the polishes are all over the place with no apparent sense of organization and most were filthy. Wow! I should not have been charged the full price for what I received.I will not be returning and would love a refund, but that wont happen. I am extremely unhappy with this place and services..

LOVED my manicure!! I’ve add two different manicurists do my nails and both did a phenomenal job and got it right the first time. i am very picky about my nails and they did not disappoint. it was very clean. everyone wore their mask and i felt safe and secure while getting a wonderful manicure. one of the best places to go in SF!

Really nice staff and my waxed eyebrows are perfect. My only complaint is my nails. When I got home, I took a closer look and realized my nails are not all the same shape and the nail polish is bumpy on a few fingers. I will definitely be back but only to wax my eyebrows again.

The service here is so good! This was the third salon I stopped at today, and the first to treat me right! They were BUSY, but they told me if I would wait 15 minutes they would help me out. Not only was it less than a 15 minute wait, but my nails look exactly like what I wanted! I will be returning over and over again!

Lots of seats make this a good place to come as a group. Standard manis are $20, gel manis are $35, and the attention of nail care is as good as the best Ive received. The massage chairs are intense!

Fantastic nail salon in the city with decent prices. Ive been here a few times and never had to wait. The technicians really pay attention to detail and make the experience very enjoyable. Gel manicure is $30, but they also offer dip powder nails for $45, which is great because Ive only found a couple others in the city that offer this service. Will definitely be returning again and again.

Ive been going to People Hair & Nails Spa for almost 2 years now and I have never been disappointed! I always go to Lan, she is amazing, talented and super friendly. She always kills it! they have super fair prices and a great selection of colors.

Funny story: I was asking my friend if she knew any reliable hair place, she took me here which is my regular nail place. What are the odds of that?! The place just did not stop amazing me. Techs are very nice and friendly and way over qualified for the job. Just tried their hair service today and its amazing. Techs are very knowledgeable and skillful. They know a lot of designs and they know what would look good on each person and gave appropriate suggestions. My hair turned out great for a very reasonable price, just like their nail service. I would recommend this place to anyone I know. Worth a try!

People is a great place to go at the end of work or when you are stress. The staff here are very passionate with what they do and I can really see that their experience can really go through. The staff here are friendly and so helpful. The interior is really clean and well kept. They have tons of services to pick from. An today I went to get a pedicure and I loved it very relaxing! I highly RECOMMEND

After a while of me begging my sister to take me to her hair place, she finally agreed, just because she wanted to watch her favorite show instead of spending time with her precious sister(ha!). The place is really amazing. Techs are all very skillful and attentive. The one who took care of me today did a perfect job to every detail. The place is clean and well organized. They have a great set of good quality products and high quality beautiful colors if you want to dye your hair. Everyone is so friendly and nice. I think Im just going to wait until I come back to town next time to do my hair, wouldnt have it done anywhere else! My sister told me that the place is also a decent nail salon, definitely going to try that next time as well. Highly recommended !!

I am a regular here who always come for their nails services but today I tried the hair and I am just amazed by the place all over again. Lets just say that I am so happy with my hair now that I think I would rarely be able to get this good of a result from any other place even the most expensive ones. Worth every penny. In addition, the whole staff here is just so nice and friendly. Everyone tried to help you anyway they can. Clean and organized. They use good quality products so I could really feel the difference. Considering the quality of the service, I would say their price is pretty much unbeatable. Highly recommended !!!

Very good customer services here. People really knew what they were doing and took time on customers. I got Spa Pedicure and Manicure for $35 today and i really loved it. The lady worked on my nails was very attentive and patient during the process. The price was reasonable since they provided such a good services ever. I highly recommend this nail salon and definitely come back soon.

I love this place. I wandered in one day without an appointment needing a manicure for my disastrously bitten nails and cuticles. They were able to take me right away (though I do recommend making an appointment). The staff is skilled, friendly and the entire experience was positive. This place may inspire me to take better consistent care of my hands.

I cant believe there is a salon this good here. Now I wish I could live in the area so I could come here more often. Sanitation is a HUGE plus since its usually my biggest concern but this in this case. Everything is clean and organized. They sanitize their equipment after every use and that made me feel very safe and comfortable being here. Techs are very professional and nice, they took their time to work on me and did not try to rush me out like many other places though the place was pretty busy at the time. Reasonable price. Highly recommended !!

I brought my two daughters here as a big treat during our vacation and the staff were amazing with them (and me). We would all happily go back and intend to before we leave in a couple of weeks.

This nail salon is fantastic. To be honest, this is the best nail salon in the area. The had a huge collection of polish and gel color to choose from. Last time, I came here to get a new coat for my nails and they didnt let me down. It took me a while to choose the color that I want. They lady worked on my nails was nice, she was willing to try on any color until I got the one that I wanted. Love to be back.

I went in here for the first time yesterday and wanted to do a matte black with some semi pointed acrylic tips. The girl didn’t even get the tips didn’t I should’ve kept my natural nails and not paid the difference. Some are pointed and some aren’t.. and she was going to leave them a spotty matte and shiny. I had to ask her to do several more coats of matte (and some spots still aren’t matte.) after she was all done she didn’t even clean them up and there was black powder all over my finger tips until I got to a restroom to wash it off. Not worth the money I spent and I won’t go back...

I happened to go here 2 month ago because regular nail salon was closed. They do a great job for the price, and the salon environment is really beautiful. They have a great selection of brands of nail polish. The staff is wonderful and the owner is so friendly and accommodating. Ive now been 3 times so far and the gel have not yet been disappointed.

The owner is rude extremely meanalmost caused me to go blind by saying she knew how to do eyelash extensions and getting the extremely toxic and poisonous cement like substance in my actual I ripped some cuticles and cause me to bleed blamed myself saying that I shouldnt be moving my hands left me in the room to wax for 20 minutes while she waited another clienthorrible customer service and I went back for a second time to think that it would be different and I got the exact same treatment talk to the tanning salon next to me and two of the other men had the same experience I would stay far awaythe only thing that theyre probably get out of pedicures because she has super nice staff that she abuses

I walked in and the guy said I was so lucky he was taking me. When I told him that I wanted scissors on the sides and near the part because of a cowlick, he told me that would cost $60.I told him they do that at Great Clips and he told me to go there after setting me up in the chair!This place is called Peoples Hair but it is run by an elitist and snobby jerk.What a *****###%% !

Mario the hair stylist was very unprofessional nasty and arrogant. When I confronted him about the color and service he hot argumentative and arrogant. I paid $45 ( plus tip) for unsatisfactory service and abuse( the abuse was free) his ego is bigger than the whole salon--!honey youre not that good -- really. Grandiose attitude. For shame!! I would file a complaint with BBB but hes not accredited ( I wonder why??) and I dont want salon to get bad reputation. He operates under the guise of a salon and his name isnt connected in any way.-- very deviant.

This place (Linda) used to be pretty good. But her service is steadily going to hell. she frequently takes personal calls and disappers for 20 min at a time. Often pierces my skin with her sloppy filing. Probably wont go back there again. And ignores requests
