Awesome instructors who really value form over speed and reps. I feel like Ive gotten a lot stronger from the classes Ive taken, have done so without injury, and am now more assured that Im actually working out the muscles I think I am. The environment is also great; its not set up like a nightclub like some other studios are. Youre just there to sweat, learn, and get stronger.
Ive tried a lot of different group fitness classes in the neighborhood, and Swing is by far my favorite. Great coach:student ratio means you get personalized attention on your form. The coaches all have a great attitude, they motivate the class without resorting to cheesy antics or acting like a drill sergeant. The facility is a little bare-bones (no mirrors?), but Id rather see my money go to high-quality instruction than frills.
Love this studio! All the instructors Ive had are attentive, patient, and laser-focused on proper form and technique, and with a small class size its easy to get more help if you need it. Ive also had a few recent injuries and appreciate their willingness to give me modifications.
I always get a workout when I drop by here. Heather is such a great instructor, she always watches over everyone and gives alternatives when you have injuries and checks on how youre doing during the workouts. They value form over repetition and strength which is something I really appreciate. All the staff are very welcoming and I couldnt recommend them enough.
Great workout classes! Have been going for over 6 months and all the instructors are really nice. They teach you great form and are patient. Exercises differ from class to class to keep it interesting. I highly recommend everyone to try it at least once!
Rich is a true pro! Got a amazing plan to take home and and get ripped. Worked on form and getting the correct moments to avoid injury’s, and also pushing my limits. Also really enjoy a core and legs class by Heather. Def worth checking out
I love this place. I was always intimidated by the monster kettlebells in the window and hardcore aesthetic, but I was looking for a new weight training class and finally took the plunge. Instructors (I have gone to classes by Alex and Heather) are super nice and motivating, theres an emphasis on form and warming up appropriately, and its always a good workout. I like that its not set up to be competitive (except with yourself), and you really learn and get stronger. Good balance of bootcamp style training + supportive community.
Teachers who care about form, focus on helping you develop durable strength, and teach you kettlebell, body weight, and other exercises that are multi-dimensional. This is some of the best strength training Ive ever done, especially for core.

Thoughtful programming that leaves you dripping in sweat. The instructors are willing to work with you if you need any modifications and make sure that everyone is performing exercises safely.
Instructors are great, classes are small so that instructor can watch closely. Classes are open to all levels.
