Perfect neighborhood gym. I sort of got sick of the massive box gyms and am so glad I found this place; it is always clean, machine wipes always full, easy water bottle fill fountain, plenty of lockers. Busy time (6-730pm) everyone is accommodating and you can still use everything you need.

Very poor communication through the pandemic.Realized they were charging me, asked to cancel. Told I was canceled, but just got another charge notice, months later. Glad that I flagged my credit card to refuse charges.

Im not what I would call a gym person, but when I walked by Live Fit - Cole Valley on January second, I saw they were finally open (Gotta get that new years business) and decided why not. Im so glad I did. This place is unpretentious, friendly and has everything I need to loose the holiday extra 10 that has become the year round extra 10. The easy to navigate space is full of new machines all maintained in perfect order. I also highly recommend working with the always energetic Nicole Yessler, if you need to come up with a game plan to get back in shape like I did.

Clean, modern, new equipment. But needs an abs machine like CV Fitness had. Hopefully they get one soon.
