Epic is sooo sick. I LOVE it. I first discovered Epic on Classpass and recently participated in one of their challenges, which was very very fun. Ive never enjoyed waking up for a 6:30am class as much as this one :) All of the coaches are super duper nice (Kayleigh youre my fave!) AND they make sure your form is correct.Their showers are also very clean and always on their A+ game, stocked with everything you need (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, petroleum jelly, q-tips, deodorant) etc which helps me pack light! :) Thanks Epic youre the best!

High intensity 45-min workout that rotates you between different stations for about 40 seconds each. Instructors are energetic & super helpful and guide you to focus on your form.

I can’t possibly speak more highly of EPIC. It’s an incredible place to workout for a number of reasons. First, the workouts are difficult and the instructors push you hard, but unlike Barry’s Bootcamp they make sure your form is both correct and safe. Second, the workout routines are fun and interesting, and they change them every month. Third, you’ll find a very diverse set of people working out alongside you, so you don’t have to look or be a certain way to exercise here. Fourth and finally, the instructors are THE BEST PEOPLE IMAGINABLE. If you want to get in shape, have a ton of fun doing it, and be part of a truly excellent community of people, I’d highly recommend joining EPIC.

Trained at Epic in SoMa for a couple weeks. I was very impressed with the instructors - they accounted for all levels of fitness by providing 3 levels of intensity for every move. It was a great environment to work out in. Highly recommend!

Been coming to this gym(studio?) for about 6 months now and have seen great results. All the instructors are great and the workouts are fast paced enough that you dont have enough time to think too much about how tired you are. Also each day of the week has a different focus (endurance, cardio, strength, etc) and they change the entire program every month, so youll never do the same workout more than 5x before it goes away. I like this because it keeps me from getting bored and also makes sure Im always working different muscles month over month. Also every workout has levels for different abilities and youll see seasoned athletes and new exercisers in the same class. Ive always found people to be very supportive of all strength levels, so if youre worried about being out of place, dont be.

Loved this gym, I did the 21 day challenge recently and seriously loved it! I had so much energy after the workouts and really felt like it was worth the investment. Would recommend!

Theres some real intelligence behind the workout compositions. They incorporate basic movement patterns in progressive difficulties that help you build towards more complex and difficult movements.Teddys also a great instructor, motivator, and very knowledgeable -- no BS here.Plus, its in a convenient spot and kept very clean. The facility provides towels and showers and a spiffy water dispenser. They have very functional workout equipment that leverages a lot of progressive body weight and loading.

What an awesome work out! Epic rotates exercises, so you keep working a different muscle group between intervals. A great workout in a short time. The coaches are really helpful and the place is immaculate.

Dan is a great teacher. She was there to help fix my form and push myself. As a newbie to high intensity workout it was a great first experience !

Great 45 min HIIT workout where its basically 5 rounds of eight 30 sec exercises with 15 sec to rotate in between exercises. Effective, smallish classes, and challenging without feeling like I was going to die. Highly recommend if you like HIIT classes and/or interval training. No showers or lockers FYI.

The gym itself is not bad but my girlfriend had a awful experience with Gina Florio. Word of advice, avoid Gina Florio if you want to go here.
