I hate working out in general, but with EPIC it is always fun. Coaches are very helpful, they have 3 levels for each workout to accommodate for everyone. Theyre super well organized. You want something fast, efficient, prompt, etc and Epic delivers on all of those! They are the right amount of challenging for all diff levels.
Epic is one of the best workout studios Ive found in SF! The instructors are extremely caring and helpful throughout your workouts. They take the time to ensure that your form is correct and also challenge you! Theres def a sense of community!The workouts have everything from cardio to strength. Youll never get bored bc the classes change every time you go in! Ive been coming here for over a year and have definitely seen an improvement in my personal fitness goals! Highly recommend!!!
Epic is amazing! I found it on Classpass and have never looked back. The workouts are fun and challenging, and they switch it up every day so you dont get bored.The coaches are all super encouraging and will come around to correct your form. Having a partner throughout the workout always pushes me harder!
I started in April and lost 15 pounds with the help of the coaches and work outs. They are very supportive and are interested in you and your health.
Amazing workout! The coaches do a great job teaching correcting form and motivating. You can tell alot of thought goes into each workout to make it balanced and total body. This place is my favorite!
I was always nervous about taking a group HIIT gym class. Im happy I forced myself out of my comfort zone because these classes have helped me push myself out of my plateau. The trainers are super engaging. My favorite time to go is during the morning since there are less people. It can get quite crowded around noon and 6pm. If youre debating on trying a HIIT class, this is the place for you!
This is a great gym for Functional Fitness and also Obstacle Course Race (OCR) training! The workouts vary every day on whether to focus on strength, endurance, cardio, etc. The workouts are also completely refreshed every month to keep you on your toes and add even more variety to the workouts!The workout space is very roomy for a good sized group of 10-15 people at a time, and they have classes in the morning, noon, and afternoon to accommodate everyones schedule and preference for when to workout. They also do a fitness challenge (which I participated in), where you can workout for 6 weeks to lose weight or body fat, and you get your money back if you meet your goal!Highly recommended for a great, challenging and fun workout!
