I cant say enough good things about Orlando and Geraldo who performed mold abatement in our tiny, difficult to work in, Downtown San Francisco bathroom.Before Dryfast was even hired, this project had gone off the rails, and tensions were already running high--not an ideal situation for anyone to walk into. Between our landlords people, plumbers, contractors and a building manager (I think about 15 people in total were involved)--it was Orlando that we ultimately trusted to give us clear and accurate information. Not only did Orlando and Geraldo do a great job with the abatement and clean-up, but they were always on time, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and our time, and very patient with our hundreds of questions--they both went above and beyond.Highly recommend!

This is the third time I use DryFast.They are very responsive and are able to come very quickly.The first time I used them almost 10 years ago. I was on a trip in China and my tenant texted my the apartment is flooding from the bathtub. Dry fast showed within 1 hour on a Sunday night and fixed the issue explained all details to my tenant and left the equipment needed to remove the moistureThis time I had a problem with faulty appliance on second floor causing intermittent leak to the apartment below. Great and fast emergency service. Had a mildew at my house that caused asthma attacks to my newborn. They were able to detect and remove, further prevent from ever reappearing. Georgio is great to work with! My partner and I recently decided to put an offer down on a house. The home we are purchasing is fairly old so we had a lot of hesitation on whether it was a good purchase or not. Our agent called Georgio last minute to come out and do an inspection of the home. Kitchen and part of leaving room got fuddled and I had to act fast. Dry Fast team showed up in an hour. My heart almost stopped watching them mersylessly tearing up the soaked cabinets and flooring. What an amazing job DryFast did on my roof. DryFast was highly recommended to me by a friend who is a Regional Manager for some apartments complexes around the Bay Area. I have to be honest, when they came to my house to make an assessment, I was skeptical because of the way they measured the roof was different than what I was expecting. But, evidently they knew what they were doing otherwise they wouldnt be in this business. My roof is a testimonial to the amazing work (pictures posted). I have made it known to DryFast that I have other projects in my home that I will definitely be calling them back for. Their hard work showed good results and I commend them for that. My family home suffered a severe water damage situation back in February and I had to call these guys up in the middle of the night, something like 3am... well, 3.15am they were at my door with a crew and all the necessary tools! Georgio took charge of the entire mess and his team not only took care of the flooding situation, but also pumped out all the water in no time, plugged in some powerful turbo dryers and then once the place was all dry proceeded to fix all the damages caused by the water.Im truly amazed at how fast they could finish the entire job... not only that, but since my house was completely covered by insurance, they worked with my insurance and I didnt have to do a thing!Great job, Georgio! Hopefully, I wont need to use your services again, but will definitely recommend DRYFAST to my friends!
