In the aftermath of a water intrusion issue that totaled my floors and parts of my walls, they helped navigate the hurdles with the insurance company. Their initial estimate was significantly over the insurance estimate, and they worked directly with my adjuster to get more covered and I got out with my place restored perfectly and only out my deductible. Its a timely, painful process dealing with emergency repairs, and they really do their part to help make it as easy as possible. Plus, I like that they are very tech savvy with lots of digital tools to keep the process well documented and moving along.

They downright refused to even give me a quote and look at my home with a flooded downstairs bedroom. They stated they were “too busy” with the rainy season. They were only accepting emergency needs and pretty much hung up on me.
