We experienced a massive flood in our condo a week before the lockdown, which, BTW has still never ended in SF after a year. Faragon saved the day; they became family to us. They always arrived in the morning, so cheerful to work, even when we were in tears. They comforted us, always answered the phone and took care of every little detail until one day it was over. We were so relieved when we were finally able to move out of the hotel and come home.Looking back over the experience, as bad as it was, and we did lose everything, somehow Faragon made it nice for us. They were so careful with our place and with our lives. This was a complete rebuild for us during a difficult time. To be honest, our place looks better now then it did before the loss—and that was a surprise.Who would have ever thought we were lucky enough to find the right company at the right time—when we needed them most. I am Property Manager for large property in San Francisco, I had a person break into on of our high voltage rooms and move into this space leaving behind all kinds of undesirable items. This person/persons spray painted on the walls, left needles, and body fluid amongst other things. I was completely shocked. I really had no clue what to do, I was referred to Faragon Restoration. I made the call and these guys came right out, they were there in less then an hour. they assets the situation and assured me that it would be taken care of. They were back the next day and did an awesome job cleaning out the room. They got everything out painted the walls, made the room look like nothing had ever happened at all. Everyone was very professional and kind. The crew worked very hard to get the job done. I even got to meet the owner of the company, he came out to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Faragon was proactive, quick, and professional. They coordinated with my insurance company and my building maintenance and operations to make things more seamless for me. I trusted them in my home for hours without me there, and did not have any issues. I hope I never have to use them again, but if another emergency comes up, theyll be my go-to to fix it.

We had an accident happen to our house over the weekend and we reached out to Faragon for an estimate. They were very prompt, professional and the price was reasonable.

In the process of installing my new walk-in bathtub, the installers discovered significant dry rot beneath the linoleum flooring. They stopped work immediately and informed me that they could not continue until the floor was repaired -- something they were not licensed to undertake. My HOA property manager recommended that I engage Faragon Restoration, Ltd. to address the problem. A crew from Faragon arrived the next day and began work immediately. They did such an excellent job of restoring the floor, baseboards, and affected lower walls that I also hired them to reconstruct and repaint the bathroom door and frame (dismantled to accommodate passage of the over-sized bathtub), even though this restoration would have been covered by my contract with the bathtub company. I then hired Faragon to paint the rest of the bathroom, plus the kitchen, which included refinishing maple-faced cabinets. I was so pleased with these outcomes that I contracted Faragon to paint the entire remaining interior of my two-story condominium. As they worked, the crew carefully covered all surfaces and contents to protect against paint splatters, sanding dust, and miscellaneous debris. Thereafter they thoroughly vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned, leaving everything in excellent condition. The Faragon workers were unfailingly professional, skillful, and good-natured. They were even patient with my cat, who took responsibility for overseeing their work, sometimes from the top of Faragons 12-foot ladder.

As someone who works in real estate, I am always looking for reliable vendors who can get the job done. They have done the mitigation and repairs for several projects weve had involving mold issues, leaks, toilet backups, sink overflows and fire damaged units. I went to apply for a job with this company, even though I had a job, I let them know that I didnt want to leave my job if it wasnt safe to work with them. He told me that he was hiring me immediately, which was my surprise when I showed up to work my first day after leaving my old job to arrive and they tell me sorry we are not hiring because the job is under a lack of professionalism. I think they could also be careful when requiring services from this company. Thank you faragon restoration. for leaving me unemployed. remember that karma exists luck.
