I went in with yellow stained teeth and left with the whitest teeth cleaning, ever. I did not think that it was possible for my teeth to be whiter since I constantly drink tea and coffee. I also learned that I might have less stained teeth if I quickly drink my morning coffee and switch to drinking water throughout the day. I recommend Star Dental because Dr. Young is the only dentist to discuss how to improve my daily habits. He points out which habits can be improved. He is the first dentist to recommend the dental pick and now I have much less cavities and tartar. I have also discussed which areas I can focus on regarding cleaning. My teeth are looking more photogenic and prior to meeting Dr. Young I did not think that this possible for me. But it is possible if you get the dentist that is willing to learn about your individual habits. And by improving one item per visit I have improved the look and health of my teeth and mouth. I recommend going the Star Dental way of treating teeth. It is personal approach that focus on your individual needs.

Normally,I hardly leave any reviews to anybody but my SUPER NICE & PATIENT dentist(Dr.Young)treated me like a king that made me want tolet the whole world know Im one of the lucky person received EXCELLENT SERVICE from his office. This was my first dentist after spending far too long with my pediatric dentist... Have to say the experience has been excellent, Dr. Young really takes the time to talk to the patient and build rapport, and is always willing to go the extra mile if you have questions or concerns outside of just the cleaning. Ive heard of dentists ripping patients off before but never experienced it until here!! Beware of this place! I went in to get a tooth with a dark spot checked out and the woman I saw told me my entire tooth was cracked and I would need to have a $600+ procedure to remove half my tooth and put an enamel cap on it. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and it turned out the tooth merely had a cavity. Would never return to this place and am seriously in awe that a trained medical professional would try to pull those strings on a trusting patient.

Dr. Young and his team are always super friendly and professional. Been going here for 8 years and won’t go anywhere else. I’m always busy and usually forget those appointments that are set months in advance- thankfully they always have my back and give me ample warning of upcoming appointments. Also I sometimes have dental insurance and sometimes not, they’re very fair in their rates for services. They approach dental health as a health matter but also as an aesthetic one. You’ll never be considered vain for wanting something for aesthetic reasons here. Refer all my people to them.

Dr. Young is a great dentist. He really cares and his skills are A-plus. His manner is easy going, but he explains everything clearly. He takes extra care to make sure you’re comfortable and at ease while he’s working. His assistants and office staff are A-plus, too.

Like most people, I always had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. I eventually had to find a dentist when my teeth grinding was bothering me too much. Im glad that I found Dr. Russell Young. He immediately identified the problem and made me a set of custom-fit nightguards. I can say that all gum and jaw pain has been gone for several years since then, as well as the click that had developed in my jaw before then. Other dentists I had seen before had not identified this grinding as an issue, or had written it off as a non-issue.Aside from this, Dr. Young is very friendly and personable, and has erased any anxiety I have of visiting the dentist. We have good friendly conversation every time I visit. I can tell he actively cares about his patients, as he always remembers what Ive been up to. One thing I really appreciate is that he takes the time to explain the things that are going on with my teeth and gums, and what hes doing to prevent them. Hes always been very honest and never tried to sell me something I didnt need. My only regret is that I havent been able to refer more people to him! I highly recommend Dr. Young.
