This was my first time at this Dentist. of course i was a little nervous. once i walked in Rosie greeted me and made me feel real comfortable, she even asked me if i wanted listen to any specific music, which was cool being a DJ. i got checked in right away and the assistant and the dentist was very transparent on everything going on with my teeth. they cleaned and polished my teeth and i was done. really nice people, very clean place. highly recommended if you are looking for a dentist downtown sf. thanks you guys

I had my first visit today at The Dental Practice, and found it exceptional. Rosie, the manager, had been very responsive to all my emails and was incredibly helpful once I got to the site. She patiently explained all the procedures and costs to me (based on my insurance). Jose took my x-rays and did the tooth screening as well — he was very patient and kind too. Dr. Rathod was amazing — very thoughtful and took an active interest in learning more about me. I’ve visited several dentists and this experience without a doubt was the best one.

Dr Sibal is just the best! I am a nervous dental patient with complex dental needs and she makes me feel so comfortable! Not only does she care about my dental hygiene, she treats me like a friend, remembering what is going on and asking me about my life! She is truly an excellent provider! All of the staff are patient with me and my million questions! Rosie keeps it all going and treats the office and patients like family! Great dental care and overall experience!

Ive been going to this office for many, many years. The staff is always so polite and friendly. The dentists and dental techs always clearly explain what theyre doing and are quick to clarify if I have questions.Most recently, I had a crown replaced, and scheduled the follow-up appointment for two weeks later to replace the temporary crown with the permanent crown. However, two days after the temporary crown was put in, it fell off. I called the office and they scheduled me for the next day. When I arrived, to my surprise, the permanent crown had just been delivered, but the process to insert the permanent crown would take much longer than replacing the temporary crown, there wasnt a sufficient opening in their schedule, and it didnt make sense to go home and come back. Somehow, Rosie at the front desk worked with Dr. Rathod and dental tech Jenny to squeeze me in between their other patients. So grateful for their efforts and the new, permanent crown is perfect.

The staff and doctors are always friendly & courteous. The doctors answer every question & make sure you understand the process your about to undergo. You feel completely comfortable.

Great service again at The Dental Practice. They have all my history and take me through whats going well, what needs improvement and things to keep an eye out for.In addition they are keeping me feel safe with questionaries, temperature checks, clean equipment and restrictions on how many people in the office at a time. I felt safe, I was in and out quickly and the service is excellent.

I went to Dr. Rathod for veneers. I had previously had two consults in the area, but didnt feel comfortable with the previous dentists for various reasons. In contrast, I felt immediately confident in Dr. Rathod from the initial consult. She was the first person to actually take a look at my teeth and the mechanics of how I chewed, spoke, and bit down. She was also able to offer chairside (in-office) gingivectomy to fix my slightly gummy smile. Dr. Rathod also made sure I was aware of every step in the process and wanted my buy-in for everything, partnering with me to make decisions (one other dentist had told me I wouldnt see what the veneers looked like until they were permanently in my mouth, and I would just love it). Even though Dr. Rathod always asked me for my opinion before moving forward with something, I felt very comfortable deferring to her expertise.Overall, Dr. Rathod is incredibly thorough, detail oriented, and her clinical skills assure both technical and aesthetic confidence. Rosie, the office manager, and Jose, the dental hygienist are incredibly warm and friendly as well. Basically, you have the familiarity of a family-friendly environment while also receiving the highest level of patient care. I am incredibly happy with my new teeth/smile and while it was an investment, it was worth every penny. I cannot recommend Dr. Rathod and this practice enough!

As always, my experience with The Dental Practice is amazing! It was great to see everyone and finally get my teeth cleaned (LOL)! I always feel the office is clean and it was comforting to see that the staff is taking the necessary precautions to protect themselves and their patients. Love you guys!

As usual a good experience with Dr Sibal and her associates. Fortunately just a cleaning and X-rays were required. The Dr finally convinced me to get a Waterpik. I need to save some endangered, old teeth.

Great experience! I’m a really bad patient, I’m always nervous around doctors, but they made me feel really comfortable! They explain everything they are doing to you and continuously ask how you’re feeling while they are working in your mouth. I’m glad I’ve chosen this place! From the people at the front desk to the doctors, x ray technician and hygienists, everyone was super nice!

Its really nice to have a great Dental practice conveniently located close to my work. I had my first appointment here for a cleaning and saw Dr. Rathod. She was very pleasant, helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I went here for the convenience and was in-and-out within the expected time-frame. I was greeted right away by Rosie, at the front desk, who was very helpful and friendly! I will continue to come here and I would recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for convenience, friendly and quick service.

I went to this Dental Office yesterday and received excellent treatment with the whole staff. Rossie checked me in and was so kind, fun and nice. I saw Dr Sibal, DMD, she was very clear on what my problem with what was going on with my tooth & bridge infection. I have been coming to this site for over 20 years. It recently changed ownership with Dr. Cox retiring, but luckily Dr. Sibal stayed on. She is an excellent dentist - practical, personable and skilled. Everyone is very friendly and seems to enjoy working here. Toshiko has cleaned my teeth the past two visits and I must say she is the best. She is gentile, skilled and thorough. No pain or discomfort at all.

Dr. Rathod and her team are absolutely wonderful! She is a skilled dentist who takes her time with patients whether it be a dental cleaning or a consultation. I was curious about veneers and Dr. Rathod answered all my questions. She went over the different types of veneers, the pros and cons, and potential treatment plans. I also appreciated how she took into consideration my entire oral health when making recommendations from my previous fillings to dental hygiene routine. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Rathod!
