My son’s laptop got repaired here. The problem was at the hinge between the monitor part and the keyboard part. Wasn’t sure whether it could be fixed. Just brought to the place with little hope. My laptop was overheating. My gpus and cpus temp was around 60-70 Celsius when idle and was pushing for 90-100 when I was gaming. The guy worked his magic, cleaned up all the dust and replaced the thermal paste and now the idle temp is around 45-55. Good service. Would recommend.

They took my computer and in less than two days I got all the data into my new system. The shop is a little confusing at first since several businesses share the space but Ed, the guy doing the computer repair service is great. He was very upfront in his pricing and assessment of my computer issues, as well as the process he would need to go through to repair my laptop.The only snag I had was when I went to pick up my laptop at 10am and found out that he would not be back until around 1pm. I was in a bit of a hurry that day and left him several voicemails which were not answered. Luckily he was there when I went back at 1pm and Ed said he had to work with his tax person that morning.Besides that little hiccup, all my interactions with Ed were great. He was really clear with explaining his process and making sure to get permission before he started anything. His price was reasonable considering the work (I had to get the keyboard on my laptop replaced after spilling liquid on it) and he gave me 30 days to work with the computer and see if there were any issues. If there were any, he told me I could just bring it back and he would take another look at it for free.All in all I was very satisfied!

I took my iMac 2016 to San Francisco Bay Computer Services to be fixed; previously Apple Store in Downtown San Francisco told me that there is not fixing and I needed to replace the whole logic board; very disappointed of Apple Store (Genius Bar, I am not sure) . My Acer Aspire M5 Laptops was extremely slow, I took it to San Francisco Bay Computer Services, the technician is a savvy guy, in less than five minutes he told me the whole plan to get my computer working back as it has to be. Main problem was the presence of spyware on my computer, and the need to get some Antivirus/Anti Spyware protection. After 12 hours my computer was working back. It is not too easy to find a reliable place that combine experience, good references and great prices. A++

I had great experience with this place. First off I didnt have a warranty anymore on my laptop because it expired. So I came in asked if they could diagnose the problem with my laptop on why it wouldnt turn on. Found out there was a problem with the power switch. Later in the same day I had taken my laptop in the morning I got an email back saying they had fixed my problem. In conclusion got my laptop back in a day and I have a 30 day warranty if the problem started to occur again.
