DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!Veronica changed the screen of my iPhone X, and ruined the phone.Just as an example, there is a screw that is not pushed all the way up, and is only half way through! She is not taking any responsibility and suggesting me to go to Apple Store to fix it!

I dropped my phone and this place saved the day! My front screen in the front of my phone was shattered and now it looks brand new! The prices were very reasonable, they repaired it within 40 minutes and the customer service was excellent. The lady helping me also gave me a glass screen protector for free! After trying to replace my screen with one of those DIY kits, neither camera, the ear speaker, nor the flashlight worked. I took my phone to a couple different places only to be told it would likely cost $200+. I finally found iPro and Veronica was amazing . My phone was ready very quickly (same day), it was less than $100 and its as good as new!! Very professional, honest and quality work!

I needed to repair my phones screen and to replace the battery. Both services were done within 30 mins at a very competitive price. However, the battery life did not improve much, if at all. I wrote to the owner, Veronica, who told me to bring my phone back and get a replacement battery. I also brought my wifes phone to replace the screen. Veronica looked at it, peeled off the protective transparent layer and showed me that the layer was broken, but the screen was OK. So, she lost this transaction, but acquired a trusting customer :). She also gave me a protective glass for free for my trouble of having to come to the office again. You can trust this shop.

I went to the Apple store to change my battery on my iPod Touch. They told me they couldnt help me because they dont have those parts anymore. So I did a search and found Veronica. Greatest service Ive ever had with my Apple product. She will forever be my Apple product repair person now. She is very knowledgeable about these devices and lets you know what shes doing to your device while she does it in front of you. If she sees any other problems she will let you know and show you like with mine I actually had rust on two small spots inside my device. If I could give more then 5 stars for this business and the service I received from Veronica I would.

Veronica was amazing! My phone had gotten major water damage and everything inside was destroyed. I had about 8 years worth of photos on my phone that I thought had been backed up but weren’t. With some time, she was able to get all of my nearly 6,000 photos recovered. She was also up front about costs, and I didn’t pay anything until the job was done (and wouldn’t charge anything unless it could even be done). If I ever have any issues in the future, I know where I’m going. Thank you!

This is my go-to for all things iPhone. Made an appt and went in because I thought I needed to replace my charge port on iPhone 6. Veronica looked at it and all it needed was cleaning. She pulled out a half of a cotton swab amount of lint from the port. Works like new again. She didnt charge me for the cleaning but I gave her a really good tip for her time. This place is solid.
