Very poor costomer services. Very long waiting time, woman assisting customers is very upsetting, she wants us to look UPS packages by ourselves because she always is busy. I do not know why she has drop off point if she cannot help customers. Any quesyion I made always wrong answer.

This is very serious I will write Here. The Woman who is on charge on this CyberExpress is doing an awful job; I have been there two or three times. She basically tells me always she has not service, or she is not servicing. what happen? I AM AFRO-AMERICAN woman; week before I sent my son to get paper copies done, and even though other people took their copies, the service was refused to him. I talked with another Pal that visited here as well, and same thing; woman IS NOT SERVICING AFRO-AMERICAN people. What is wrong with HER. She does not allow to sit down inside to people with our color; but she accept Latinos and other races. I will keep an eye on it, I ask to other afroamerican pals please review this business if you get same experience. I AM NOT COMING BACK.

Horrible experience! They only want to take your money. If you go there with a small pc issue, they will tell you have a bigger issue, just to take more money from you.

The Woman who believes she is a top executive, she keeps gossiping while she has a line waiting to get services, she talks absurds conversations about bad men, meanwhile we waited in line. Avoid Wasting your time here, you have other places around where you can get very good and ontime services.Pity experience trying to receive a service in this business drill; The woman, instead of attending to the clients, has a conversation about how bad the men are and absurd matters, while we who must go to work wait.
