I’ll be honest made an appointment to get my screen fixed they said they could definitely do it that day. Came back at appt time waited around for 45mins well we can’t do it today… Come back wasn’t impressed Not from San Francisco I live 2,000 miles away I just fixed it back home. Got an email a week later asking when I was coming in for the repair 🤦♂️
Standard Apple store. Lots of sun comes through the front which is nice. Nothing stands out about it otherwise.

They have you create an appointment only for them to tell you to wait 40mins past that appointment. You’d think they’d make less appointments instead of giving people the perception that you’ll be serviced at a certain time. There is no respect for your time.

The worst apple I’ve ever been to. Staff doesn’t know their stuff and for every question I asked, they need to ask on slack to check. Also it has very limited availability. It’s also very crowded even if you just want to try different models. I’d recommend other stores.

The Apple store is 9ne of the iconic places to visit on Union Square. I was in the market for a Ma Book laptop. Staff was VERY helpful and safe. Very enjoyable experience. No high pressure sales. Just professional, courteous interactions.
Wonderful and friendly staff at this store. our customer service person was great and was super helpful with us when we bought the latest apple watch. they also practiced social distance and were very understanding with our questions.this is definitely a great place to get your apple products.

I had a great experience here at the Apple store. The people here were really helpful and have good customer service. The man who helped me (his name is David) was really knowledgeable and knew everything there was to know about the iphone i purchased. He also helped me pick out a case and recommended a couple other accessorys for my iphone. Very nice experience and i definitely recommend checking them out if your in the area or are in need of a new phone etc.
You have to wait even when you already know what you want to buy. this is ridiculous
Apple product support has really gotten bad. I made an appointment to replace a cracked screen on an iPad. They told me that they are not willing to just replace a screen but instead want me to pay $650+ to replace the whole iPad. They said I could also trade in the iPad for $100 off a new iPad. So much for quality products and support; it’s time for us to pass right to repair legislation in the United States.
I thought I would be able to replace my battery in the store, but they said it would take about a week. Still, they were very courteous about it and discussed various options with me.

Just needed a part to the plug (duck head) and no one knew what I was talking about. Had to order from Amazon
I asked for a battery replacement with top case for an old mac, with a $199 work authorization. When I returned to pick up the computer, a young man who was clearly not in the mood of working strolled to the bottom of a receipt and told me that the charge is $829 plus tax because of “extra services”. He did not explain nor showed me what the “extra services” were for, even after I complained that I had only authorized $199 for battery replacement. After talking to his manager who also was not in the mood of working, he came back and said that the “extra services” were waived. Despite working at the Apple Store, he and his manager apparently had no idea that what they attempted to bill is more than the retail price of the laptop.
Very friendly people and very nice place. Be advised theres no technicians here.
This is the most inefficient apple store. The covid process they have adopted is far from customer sensitive. The reality is they leave the liability outside the store rather than figuring out how to integrate service and support. This makes Apple very clean at the expense of consumer service

It used to be at 1 Stockton but now on Post St by Union Square. The location is clearly Apple but it was still pandemic time. The workers were the same (stuffy, moderately helpful)...I liked the old store, personally

Incredible! This is the best way to describe this store. The building is spacious and bright. The experience of being in a building with so much energy was amazing. I can’t afford any Apple products personally but I use and repair Apple products in the school where I minister, St, Elizabeth Elementary School in Oakland, CA. We receive all of our Apple products from the Oakland Unified School District because our school wouldn’t be able to afford Apple products either.Any way, I really liked trying/touching the products. I’m fascinated by the new technology. The employees were very helpful and patient. I also really enjoyed watching the employees help the guests. I was intrigued by the class that was being taught on the second floor. The space was large with nice, comfortable furniture and could accommodate a lot of people. The instructor taught the class as if there were a room full of people participating but only my friend and I were paying attention and a kid playing on the furniture. We asked questions and appreciated the instructors knowledge and enthusiasm.I noticed that even though you could see the building well from the street because of the large windows and bright lights, there wasn’t a name on the building. There was only the Apple Logo on the side of the building. I thought that was strange. There is a ramp at the entrance of the store but I don’t know if there is an elevator to the second floor or if there are restrooms.I am a Technology Coordinator at my school and I enjoy creating movies using iMovie. I would be grateful if someone or Apple would donate a laptop or desktop so that I could create even more exciting and interesting projects on my own time at home. I hope to be able to create projects for other nonprofit organizations using Apple products. I think I would be a great advocate for Apple products.

Its very nice store, very nice environment!, the staff were so cool and nice!, they invited me to attend the show.. it was a very nice show with that band on the picture..Whats good was that theyre always hosting events inside the store.. they always make like a lectures inside the store in upstairs to let the people know about the new products of Apple..All the employees were so nice and kind, they works like one team.. the wireless chargers on the table waa was fantastic! so you can charge your phone while youre enjoying watching the show or whatever.. I enjoyed the good service there..Thank you so much.. I will come back soon of course because of the good customers service and absolutely for the good products!
Beautiful, open, airy, minimalism are words that describe this stores architecture. The main floor has all the Apple toys to play with and the helpful staff to answer all your questions.There is no pressure to buy and friendly, helpful staff will come up to you in a non-threatening salesy way.There are a lot of tourists who come to visit and buy. But there always seems to have enough inventory so no need to worry if you cant find the latest Apple product to purchase.Second floor is the education and Genius Bar area. The back overlooks a beautiful urban garden oasis with outdoor seating, free flowing waterfall fountain with LOVE.
I just spent the past three hours having the best time being frustrated - ever. I was trying to get a gifted iPhone set up. The issue wasnt with Apple. It was with my carrier, Verizon. In a nutshell: the phone wouldnt recognize my sim card because the phone was locked by ATT. Why it took three levels of their customer support team to figure out the issue is baffling. Your employee named Katie was super helpful in this endeavor. She managed the conversation with them in the most patient and polite way. I would have struggled with that. Thank God for Katie. AND, when we were on hold, which was about 80% of the three hour ordeal, we just had the best time. She was super charming and funny. We shared many anecdotal stories about ourselves. It was such an enjoyable afternoon. GIVE HER A PAY RAISE PLEASE!

Apple has modified business during COVID. You cannot just walk in and shop. Make an appointment online to get a repair. Or buy an item online, then go pick it up. Expect to wait outside for your turn to get a repair.All repair work is drop off or mail in. Very minimal work will be done while you wait.Staff is friendly and accommodating. They offered me an umbrella while waiting outside.
Very same store across the world. Very same if I grade on a curve. Staffs are kind. I could see that beads of perspiration glistened on their brows. Take a deep breath and unclench and enjoy !
This is a two story building, first floor mainly for sales, second floor has plenty of room for people to sit and enjoy their time, or wait for salesman.The backdoor of second floor is also connected to the Grand Hyatt, which is an easy access for people to come and spend money after checking in the hotel.
Best Apple store I have visited
It’s a nice store but honestly the prices are really ridiculous for repair my phone was cracked on the screen and they want $600 in the strangest thing is I told him I didn’t get a receipt can you give me a quote to say no, But finally we had to find somebody after insisting on it or able to print quotation seems like friendly but as far as knowledge is concerned little questionable.

Then they will handover the product information to someone else which can be lengthy and frustrating.- Stairs alert!- They will help you setup your new iPhone.- The staff is super nice but they all keep transferring.- Apart from that it was a great experience.

Excellent customer service. Quick and easy process to get us in and out of the store and on our way with our new apple products. We were done in about 10 minutes and there was no line outside the store to wait in. Great experience.
Proactive and attentive customer service. Took a while to get inside due to occupancy restrictions, but could shop very quickly.
Service of the guy at entrance was not quite good. I had some questions instead of purchase immediately. He didn’t assign anybody to assist me. Thus, I had to try to get his help whenever he had time. Is this customer service from Apple?
Its always great to stop by this apple if your in the Union Square area. This location picks up a lot of tourist so avoid it if you dont like crowds. On clear nice days, they will open the two giant sliding doors. It usually attracts a small crowd of on-lookers. The Apple staff are very friendly and attentive if you have any questions.

I cracked my iPad pro screen and have AppleCare, so I was looking to have my iPad pro replaced. I made an appointment, a two telephone call process, and arrived at the store a bit late. Theyre doing a great job of providing space for social distancing and they have moved much of their genius bar outdoors. Despite my appointment, I was forced to wait a half hour after check-in before I was seen initially. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They could use better signage with regard to which lines lead where: check in for my appointment was around the back outside. Better signage would have made me closer to on time for my appointment.
