Very convenient location to grab a bike for rent. Affordable way to get around.

We rented bikes from the Parkwide Bike Rental. The young lady who assisted us was wonderful! She made sure we were well prepared before leaving the store. We enjoyed the ride over the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito. After a nice lunch, we took a ferry to San Francisco. We were able to drop the bikes off at another location. It was a smooth experience, we would do it again.

The bike I got wasn’t that bad just sometimes the seat wobbled when dismounted but everything was fine. My concern is the quality of the other bikes。. While my bike was good the others I’ve noticed none of them had a gearshift that displayed which gear it’s currently on or a decent bell to let people know you’re behind them. I feel those are minor issues.One thing that soured my experience was that I wasn’t told about the ferry schedule. I think it would be better to have this information to the customers somewhere on the bike or at the point of sale like. I rented the bike at 5 and hoped that I would cross the Golden Gate Bridge and take it to the return place before 9. I cross the bridge and made it to the ferry place only to discover the next ferry will be at 9 o’clock.Eventually I had to take a $45 taxi back. Had I known about the ferry schedule I wouldn’t have made the trek to SausalitoAnyways not bad you should be aware of your time and they should be make the customer’s aware of the time it would take on their journey

Would like to rate the company better because the guy who we rented from was great! However, one of the 4 bikes we rented got a flat tire 2 hours into the 24 hour period. My friend who was riding this bike and another buddy on a second bike had split from us. They decided to get an uber and returned both bikes. They also decided not to keep the bikes for any more of the 24 hour time frame I paid to rent them. When we returned the other 2 bikes the next day after our 24 hours were up. They told me to fill out paperwork to see if a refund would be issued. Havent heard from nor seen a refund, from two weeks ago!VERY DISAPPOINTED AT HOW THIS WAS HANDLED!

They provided me with a bike with a broken chain guard, when I bought it back after some minutes after I realized they charged me for it. Unbelieveable! Never rent your bike here! Very bad service!
