NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. There are a lot of Yelp pages for this company and its apartments. I’m guessing they create a new page after enough bad reviews build up.Try searching for their parent company, Trinity Management.I was month-to-month on my lease. I contacted my leasing agent almost 2 months before my intended move-out date. No response. I find an email on the Trinity website and manage to find a contact person, Abel Geronimo. I give him my 30-day notice. A few days later he sends me a form to fill out. I send the form back a few days later.A few months pass and I receive neither my security deposit back nor any explanation. I contact Abel, only to find out that I was charged for 10 additional days because the date my “30 day notice” started was the date the form was received. This was never communicated to me and the fact that it took multiple days to even receive this form after I gave him my written notice is ludicrous. I provided a written notice of intent to vacate which is exactly what my lease dictates. To all you SF renters- **know your rights** The SF Tenants Union website provides a great overview. If your security deposit is wrongly withheld, you can take the rental agency to small claims court. It costs $35 to file and you may be entitled to up to twice the amount of your security deposit.
