I’ve been viewing a lot of apartments over last few weeks and I want to share my experience with Strata’s leasing office - especially Connor, who was so above and beyond helpful.While I chose to go with another place, I considered Strata seriously and went to visit multiple times to view the same units because I went in during early evening for the first visit and then had to check out how it was with day light. I liked the layout and the quietness of the building.Connor was super patient with my questions, had great suggestions and ideas for furniture layout in the units. He also was genuinely honest and tried to be so helpful. Most leasing offices are active these days, but I thought Connor was exceptional compared to all other leasing office experiences that I had. Thank you so much Connor and I hope I can send my friends your way.

I just want to call out the amazing Connor at Strata again because he is just so exemplary! Even with a self guided tour format due to Covid, he took the time to carefully lay out the different unit options for me and explain their pros/cons. Even when I went home later on and needed to request a virtual tour to check out others that I had missed in person, he was quick to help and guide me through a virtual tour as a follow-up. I saw a few other complexes on the same day but ultimately knew Strata was the one for me and the service really put it over the top. I’m really grateful to the help and support from your team!

I told the team that I would only lease an apartment with a concession, so they informed me they were offering 4 weeks rent free. From the day that I applied up until I received the lease agreement, their website was still showing the concessions. However, when I was about to sign the lase, they informed me that the concessions were stopped the day I submitted my application, despite the fact that it was on their website several days after. They then quickly removed the concessions from their website and apologized for the miscommunication. I would have happily paid for the apartment even without the concessions but for their lack of transparency and shady practices. Ive complained to management but havent heard back.

We’ve just moved out of the city, but I’m glad I called Strata home for two years. The staff is the best group of property management professionals I ever dealt with. They made our life much easier. Special thanks to Tina — she’s been there for us for all two years, very responsive and helpful. We didn’t need to worry about any maintenance. When our oven broke, the repair team replaced it with a new one just in one hour. You’re requesting to change a light bulb, and you get it in just 15 minutes. One of the most convenient things was the Amazon locker in the building — never worried about missing parcels. And we fell in love with the neighborhood: new, safe, and full of cheerful young people. And now, without Ballpark events — quiet.

Moved here in the middle of the pandemic and had to schedule our apartment tours during the fires. Connor had been extremely supportive and helpful, he scheduled us for both in person and virtual tours, showed us a lot of different apartments and answered our questions very throughly and in a very timely manner. During our time here, he has been super helpful with any questions we have as well. Thank you for an excellent customer service!

Ive been looking through a few different apartments, and wanted to highlight the phenomenal experience I had working with Connor from the leasing department!He was extremely responsive and accommodating through the entire process, and was quick to answer any questions that I had. He was fully transparent, and kept me informed on all of the different moving pieces I had while helping me look for the perfect fit.

Moved in a not too long ago. Really happy with Tina and Connor for management! They are very quick to respond when I have a question or concern. Love my unit layout. Maintenance comes within the day to fix things. Theyre working on opening amenities safely with covid. Newly installed elevator fob for safety recently occurred as they said before we signed the lease. Theyre pretty honest and was willing to work with us for any issues. Happy here! Love the area -- peaceful for SF and feel safe.

The leasing staff here is exceptional. They provided timely, very detailed and very pertinent responses to all my questions. They made sure I was fully satisfied with my decision before signing the lease by even letting me units multiple times. I had a great experience working with them and would definitely recommend Strata to anyone looking to find a place to call home in San Francisco.

Fantastic experience! Top notch management team, great amenities, and fantastic location. The units are ultra modern and the resident activities are wonderful. We are bummed to have to leave Strata with our move to SoCal but would recommend Strata to anyone.

I lost my shopping item from the mail locker in Strata. The thief stole the item from the package and re-tape it completely. Cause DHL has already showed evidence that they delivered the package in the building. But Strata cant provide any evidence that their employees didnt steal it. I asked for the footage, but they told me to make a police report .After I made the report they NOW tell me there is no camera in the lobby, around the locker, and in the leasing office. Now I have already moved out of Strata on the end of Mar. How messy the leasing office is! How bad the service is.Also, I checked yelp.com. Someone also mentioned that the packages stolen happened in Strata.

Were very happy with our choice to move into Strata! We love the area - it’s generally quiet and nice to walk around and the common areas are well-maintained and clean. It was surprisingly easy to reserve the common space and the package pick up has been really smooth, easy and convenient. Any questions I emailed management have been answered quickly and helpfully (e.g. I asked about where I could throw out old batteries and we had a maintenance request that was addressed within a day)! In terms of things that could be better, the construction noise has been rough at times, so were looking forward to some of the projects finishing up.

Tina, the property manager, is the best you can find in the area. The building is very clean, quiet, and well maintained. We have been really happy with the building and the staff and will always remember the awesome memories and comfort we had here! Thanks to Tina and her team...

For some reason management cant be bothered to notify tenants of things such as construction noise in the apartments next door. Its been all week with carpeting / flooring / etc on my apartment upstairs. I understand these things need to happen, but giving advance notification to tenants to we can plan our own things (such as doing interviews from home, as Im doing these days) doesnt seem too much to ask.Last time this happened (such two weeks ago) they apologized when I complained, but nothing has changed and theyre working again today, so I need to cancel my upcoming interview.

Easy access to anywhere in San Francisco. Awesome location. Cool club house, nice gym, clean. I strongly recommend this building property for anyone who moves to this area.

Never a quiet moment. The radiators are always producing heat and they cannot be turned off.Update: its 8:15am on my day off. Someone is using a Sawzall in the unit below me. Construction like this is done on behalf of management, not a tenant.

Just moved in - so far so good! Nice view, great location, everything expected. Very safe neighborhood, busy during the day with the ballgame, but quiet at night. Great staff, great amenities. I really like how its next to a parking lot instead of another building - gives it some additional openness you dont usually get in this city. I can get a corner view of the ocean and the bridge from my balcony.3 month in - adding an update. Still loving it! Never lost a package, staff is very helpful and friendly. Neighborhood is very safe and clean. Good neighbours. Convenient location to access SOMA and FiDi, as well as trains and boats to Oakland and other places. Lots of car rental options around. Getaround is in the designated parking lot 3 min walk away, Zipcar is about 5 min walk. UCSF gym with the nice pool is 7 min walk, which I try to use more often - and living close to it really helped! Id recommend this apartmentfor anyone.

Clean, comfortable, and safe. Lots of street noise. It what do you expect when you are next to the SFPD building and AT&T park.
