I give this property 5 stars for following reasons …Location location location!1.Prime location, Right in the heart of north beach!2.renovated rooms and fast wifi.3.Steve and willie the maintenance staff do a great job cleaning 3 days a week.4.We have the best property manager! Shout out to Corina ! Always available for your needs and easy to work with.

I have lived at 371 Columbus for almost a year and it was really good for me, since the rent wasn’t high and it was at San Francisco, so I get go around the city without the need to commute. My room was nice and clean and it had a the street view which was amazing. The manager was also nice and helpful, she would do her best to solve any problems that could happen. I would really recommend staying at this building.

Very awesome affordable living space with the best property manager you can ask for! You can text her at any time with any issues you have from smoke detectors battery running out to problems with your neighbor and she will do her due diligence to solve it! I have lived here for 11 months now and the people here are mostly the best part of the building :D

Ive been living here for around four months. It has been great. The bathrooms are clean, the people friendly and the kitchen works well. The onsite manager is great in case I have questions and with keeping the garbage in a reasonable state.

Everything great, the manager very helpful. The water pressure is awesome, I been living here for 6 months and I dont have any complain

Two kitchens are always clean. Rooms and bathroom are tight but has everything you need. Delicious deli right next door and down the street from Transamerica building.

Met some of my best life friends here. Cant say there were any problems with the time I spent here.

Affordable, clean housing. However, the room I stayed in was quite small (about 70 sq. ft.) with a bunk bed situation - it wouldve been nice if the room were even a little bigger than that.
