Nothing great so far. Nothing even basic. I had initially inquired about a room rental for a single person. The leasing agent Manpreet says Sure, we have that room! Sign some things online. Before I sign it, she says Oh, that room isnt available.Bait and switch?So she offers another (more expensive) room. I say ok, then she says Oh, that room isnt available either.Bait and switch?She offers me another (MORE EXPENSIVE) room, claiming Oh, I cant offer you a room we dont have.Moving past that. I scheduled a tour of the room id be staying in (reluctantly signing a lease). She emails the resident manager, Ben. So I FLY TO SAN FRANCISCO TO SEE THE ROOM. And guess who isnt there? Manpreet OR BEN.So rather than checking out the building, no one was around for the SCHEDULED TOUR. They claimed they were busy. Busy? Too busy for a new tenant is what I feel like.Look, if this is any indicator to this company and these individuals, I wont be renewing a lease.Ive been trying to get in contact with the resident manager for weeks now.

Living at 1080 Folsom was such a great experience because I needed a place fast and it needed to be affordable. I didn’t have to bring anything except for my personal items because there was already a bed, and small drawers. I met some cool people in the building and made friends. It’s a nice way to meet others when you’re downstairs cooking or hanging out in the living room. There’s free WiFi and free printing. They provide paper towels, toilet paper and other cleaning supplies that’s fully accessible 24/7. Living here is a good option if you need something cheap and convenient.

Awesome place to stay! I’ve been living there for 3 month, since 15th June. Managers are just superfriendly and kind. Rooms are clean and kitchen provided almost everything I needed.I’m grateful to be a part of that community, made a lot of friends and had a lot of fun!God bless 1080 Folsom :)

I had a good experience, mostly in the last month when the building was more tidy (kitchen) clean and organized.

Good cheap place to stay with common room and friendly residents, but pls get a garbage disposal for the kitchen sink! And preferably install before September 1!
