Airline canceled my international flight (Due to Covid-19). Per their rules I was entitled to a full refund which I requested. It was been 2 months and still no refund of ANY kind. No responses on the phone and no responses on e-mail. I understand this has been a hard time but it should be automatic. Just credit the credit card back. Never using this Airline again.
I would give them zero stars if I could. SAS will not refund 2 airline tickets in the amount $2597 that I purchased in February to travel from SFO to Copenhagen in July. Denmark set a travel restriction not allowing anyone into Denmark that was not an essential worker. I could not board my flight to Denmark because of the travel restriction. SAS says that my ticket is non refundable if I choose to cancel. I did not choose to cancel my flight I could not bored the flight even if I wanted to. I have tried to resolve this with the airlines and it is near impossible getting a hold of anybody via email or phone calling. I did send a message on Facebook messenger to their page and got the same response that I can’t get a refund because the flight was not canceled. Their business practices are unethical, and everyone I have dealt with is rude. I have filed formal complaints against SAS on various platforms.
Mixed up seats.... Same booking.Useless, luckily they have multiple Google points which makes it hard here to rate them down.
