Lufthansa quality has gone south very badly in the last few years.I recently flew from SFO to VCE through Frankfurt. The luggage containing my bicycle was lost and I had no information about it, until it was eventually found after 1 week. In he meantime I received basically no communication from Lufthansa and it was impossible to talk to an operator by phone, despite waiting for hours on hold.

Lufthansa stole our money, refused to give us a refund. COVID19 prevented us from going to Europe. Lufhansa refused to refund our money. So basically theft, fraud. At this point Ive never flown Lufthansa and I never will. This after the company received 9 billion dollars in aid from the European Union.

Absolutely zero.The worst service I have ever had from any airline agents! Their representatives at the airport (SFO) denied my wifes trip based on their own interpretation of the rules. They kept mentioning that they could let us get on board but they refused it just because they felt she might have problems in transiting Germany!They convinced us to give up our flight by offering us free tickets from an alternative airline and we agreed. Once our flight departed, they simply refused to provide what they have promised and left us stranded in the airport.I used to think Lufthansa is one the good ones! I was wrong. The only thing they understand is MONEY! Once they get it they dont care anymore.Bye Lufthansa!!!

I am mostly very satisfied with Lufthansa, but on the last flight to the USA I had a big problem with my additional sports baggage.I had sports baggage confirmed in advance for a flight with Lufthansa for € 100.On the day of the flight, our flight was canceled for no reason whatsoever and we were given an alternative flight with United Airlines.Here I had to pay 60 euros more for my sports luggage and after writing emails to Lufthansa customer relations three times, I still havent got the money I paid back.Furthermore, my beloved bike arrived damaged in the USA and no one wanted to assume liability for it, which is a cheek if you pay an extra 160 euros for the transport and pack the bike properly.I know that this is not Lufthansas fault because they dont hire the airport staff, but I would have liked a little more customer service

Unpleasant experience. Tickets paid for Lufthansa, services offered by a COMPANY ADRIA, TIMISOARA-MUNCHEN. DIN MUNCHEN -SAN FRANCISCO, LUFTHANSA. For what do I pay Lufthansa ticket ??? The plane of the company ADRIA, is from 1900..JALNIC.

It worked out well, the staff at the check-in was very friendly, a flight with Lufthansa also no problem, we were checked in San Francisco also here.Below someone wrote about the terminals, its so idiot-proof signposted. Whether in the AirTrain, whether within the airport, Terminal G is for Lufthansa, more can not be written and some education would not be bad for some. At Terminal G is also immediately there, where you find the check-in counter at Lufthansa and then everything goes its regular course.

Half a disaster .... Checked in online, baggage drop off at Terminal I, Aisle 4. Hmmmm, Terminal 1 - 3 and Terminal G were displayed in the shuttle ..... It then turned out that Terminal I was not 1 (the Americans write the one was meant so) but, completely logical? Terminal G. You know that, right?Definitely got to know the airport, thank you too.The food on board was 2 classes worse than on the outbound flight.
