Ken and Paolo from Philippine Airlines they working at SFOThey are people who should not work in an airport, I was in this area in the photo that is empty, soon Ken came to warn me that I could not stay there, I questioned him with why because on the other side there are many people, so I leave, another lady came in the same area and he did not think it was bad! I immediately asked because I could not stay there and this lady did!So Paolo come to me to complain why I was complaining with Ken come men me fair it’s real life buddy no racist Plz! I’m black btw:)

Service at the counter and on the flight are exceptional. The disappointment (0 stars) is when making reservations on their website or with an operator. Rude and uninterested is being generous..I take PAL because of the direct flight to MNL, mainly for business. Its the only airline with this route. Knocks off a few hours compared to connecting in HKG or NRT. Lounges are ok (the one in MNL has a shower).Will fly again, but cringe at the thought of dealing with the operators.**Update 8/23/17**Most likely will not fly PAL in the future. They force a downgrade on my reservation and rather than give a refund, they provide a voucher. But is extremely restricted on when and where to use. Sucks.
