* update:this is how they treat customers. they called a police to kick a customer out who visited for a refund since they never response any of my phone and email requests.this scam air company does not refund my unused flights. they are just sucking my money. they never answer my calls, emails and others. this taiwanese air company just steals customers money

Accommodated travelers requests during long flight to taiwan from sfo. Will use them again. Good selections for movies and other videos. Meal was also good. Service matched their good reputation.

EVA is the best when flying to the Philippines, good food and service, friendly crew.
