Everyone here are working in slow motion. One of the staff literally shout out loud: Just put them into another flight if they can’t make it.Arrived the airport two and a half hours earlier than the flight. Stuck at this check in for a good two hours and fifteen mins. We ran like hell so we were able to board the flight 3 mins before it took off.
Poor service. It starts from check in time. It was no option to get mobile boarding passes, it was an option - to print it or to go into mobile app. I had download the app and it was asking login and passcode which I never get. Horrible service, old school technology.
Delta Air counter let me in after security check, then I found that it wasn’t the correct terminal for my flight, how can they let me pass security check for flights that aren’t mine?
Customer’s service is very bad
Terrible service from the delta airline I bought a flight from New York to San Francisco for my son who is a minor and paid for asafata service and who irresponsible arrived late for the woman nor did I help him with his suitcase even though he was carrying 2 and for To top it off, I was running. I am very upset and I would never travel with this airline again.
